I added services customer and nothing has been removed. I was able to remove the four items myself in the past 2 weeks. that's when it documentation to the FTC as well as the consumer protection bureau , along with dispute letters directly to the credit bureaus. However they did have good customer service.

Wish I can give a 0 star. I’ve been a member for several months and all it did was lower my credit score. I tried cancelling the account and I was on hold for over 30 minutes, after that, somebody finally somebody answered and told them the reason. Guess what .. they hung up on me! Seriously?

A total rip-off. There is NOTHING they can do that one can't do on their own. Getting off this sight took 4 hours and a threat of a lawsuit to get them to cancel my subscription. As you will see, there is NOTHING on their website which allows one to cancel. This is by design.

Made promises that were not kept. Kept saying 30 more days after 45 days. Big runaround. Did absolutely nothing after 3 months of paying them 300$. Removed one item that was a zero ballance. Dont spend your money. They are scamers. Find a different company asap
