I paid them $550 over 6 months. when it came time to cancel, they only sounded interest in keeping my monthly fee coming in, they did not have any useful information for me

well I signed up about 1 month ago, these people stated that they will promptly send out letters to the 3 credit bureau and took forever to do so. All they want is to buy as much time as possible. And charge you 90 bucks a month. Do not! Use this compay research them...

It's not in their favor to get your credit report resolved. Even though they say different to get you to sign up they only use form letters. They hope the credit bureaus get tired of hearing from them The truth and facts don't mean anything to them only your monthly payment. They lie to your face.

They say if you want to cancel, do so about 8 days before your bill is set to be sent that way you won't be charged another month. So after a month with absolutely nothing happening to my credit, I want to cancel. They tell my wife and I that we both owe $89 for the first month that we've already paid for. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!

My husband and I use creditrepair.com. The issue I have is with billing - We received the discount for having the additional person, but they messed up the billing date on 1 account. For weeks I thought they were working on my report and because they only changed the billing date for my spouse, nothing was being done. Stupid mistake.

I called to get information about their services and the representative was very unprofessional. He didn't save my information and told me that someone would get back to me when they were done getting back to everyone else. I wasn't made to feel valued or important by the rep or his supervisor. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
