I'm just about to finish my first month at Continental Credit. I must say I was very skeptical about this whole program, however, after speaking with Hugh M, I feel much more confident in proceeding. Hugh gave me his contact information and assured me that I could contact him with any questions or concerns that I might have. He made me feel very secure and excited about moving forward. I started with Continental Credit Repair in January 2016 , with 68 derogatory entries and two outstanding judgements reported to the three Credit Bureaus . At that time I had an average credit score of 483 , and was paying Very high Rent for a house. Fast Foward to September 2017, I just canceled my service with CCR talking with Liah Dierks,. At this point CCR has got most of the derogatory entries and both judgements of my Credit Score. My Credit score is now in the mid 700's and I was able to close on my first Home loan and now enjoying a Beautiful Spacious home!, that belongs to me!!, and my mortgage is less then what I was throwing away in Rent. I have seen on the internet several people writing this Company is a Scam, and a waste of time and Money. Credit Repair doesn't happen overnight people!, it did take a minute!?, but it is well worth the time and effort. Thank you Continental Credit Repair, I would recommend your company to anyone serious about cleaning up the bad Credit!!.

Today I spoke for about an hour and ten minutes with Austin F at Continental Credit about my credit past, present and future. It was hands down one of the most informative and enjoyable conversation I have ever had with a support agent(by the way, give this man a raise! I guarantee he's earned you more business from the experience I had today on the phone with him). Hands down. I fully understand what's helping and hurting my credit and what I need to do to repair and maintain it while CC helps fix the things I already screwed up. Exception service - in 2 weeks I'm already seeing how much work they're doing for me. If you have credit issues, Continental Credit really is a great choice.

I dealt with this company before and they contacted the credit bureaus to investigate mistake and errors on my credit. Within 6 months of using this company my credit reports went up by like 200 points!!! They were very helpful and nice and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is serious about fixing their credit. When i contacted them they were upfront about everything and they always made sure that I was happy with the results. I do believe though the only inconvenience was getting statements from the credit bureaus in the mail and having to either fax or email them to this comp[any. I wish they had a portal that the credit bureaus could send those statements to them instead of to me.

When I first got started I was trying to purchase a home back in August, my mid credit score was 538. I had about $32k in charge offs and collections. They coached me on opening secured credit cards and to settle the only account on my credit that had to be paid to get my home loan. I have since open two credit cards, closed on my home and purchase a car with 0% interest. My credit transformed in five months to a 708 and all collections were removed from my report and not one had to be paid. I cannot say enough about what they did for me and my family, they truly changed my life. I am truly thankful. A++

I would like to thank advisor Hugh M, he really helped me to identify areas where I needed to make improvements and also offer solutions to me when I couldn’t quite afford my initial payment amount in my first few months. He is very customer service oriented and quick with solutions. I can attest to improvements with my credit in the three month span with credit debt deletions, derogatory late payment comments and accounts. Overall, Continental Credit has been successful at "repairing" our credit file. We have seen changes in information associated with particular credit accounts and they have eliminated some inquiries and had accounts removed. I had a good conversation today with Dawn Lizer, a consultant. She clearly communicated what types of things they are "attempting" to do, as well as what they have accomplished. Dawn said that they have "many ways" to challenge information, based on their experience, that can positively impact the credit file. I would suggest that they develop a proactive communication process with their customers. Let us know which accounts you are attempting to fix on which credit bureau and how you are doing it. Please share your accomplishments with the customer. We are paying good money each month for a service, but really don't know if is working or when all the most successful types of challenges have been exhausted. Most people like me know that there are diminishing returns over time and don't want to overpay. Overall, you can trust them to work on your behalf and will see some results. Thanks Dawn.

Continental credit took me from a 549 fico to a 735 fico in 9 months. Their staff was hugely helpful from when they enrolled me through the time I ended the program. They helped me improve my positive credit by educating me on debt utilization on my credit cards. They saved me tons time, money, and headaches. I want to say yes and no about recommending this company. They were great to work with at first and they helped me make a lot of progress. I am repairing my credit after a divorce, which I know isn't easy. I'm not saying don't use them, but don't be afraid to advocate for yourself. Even when I asked specific questions about specific accounts, it didn't matter who I talked to, I had to really nail them down to get a straight answer. Then when I went to cancel my service, they told me they had had accounts removed from my credit report that are still showing as being in collections. I even double checked. Then they would tell me that there were things still showing on my credit report that I know aren't because a lender has recently pulled my credit. I felt in the dark about what they were doing and when I said as much while I was cancelling my service I was told essentially, if you're going to leave the program because of poor communication when we're helping you, "that's just something you're doing to yourself". Communication is part of the service I'm paying you for. I'm not hurting myself in any way. In fact, I'm better than I started. If I don't know what you're doing with something as important as my credit, I am not going to continue to give you money when vague answers make me uncomfortable. Trying to make me feel guilty so I keep using your service is a really disgusting tactic. I've been increasingly frustrated with this company over the last eight months. They did do some good and definitely aren't a scam, but only use them if you get a referral discount. Not worth paying full price to be jerked around.

For a few months now (less than 6 months) I have been working w/ Continental Credit. I will have to say - initially I thought their services were a waste of money and time as I started to see my credit scores go down rather then up. However, being patient, just two months later and my score has went up dramatically. I was even able to open a bank account, which literally two months earlier I was denied and told it was due to an old account appearing on my credit. From my personal experience with CC I will say wait it out before you give up. These kind of things aren't cleared up overnight. Patients is definitely a virtue in the situation.

Used them for 2 months and I did have positive changes to my credit report. They try to make it difficult for you to cancel (long hold times to tempt you to just hang up and various sales tactics) but just stand firm in your cancellation request. For those in the program for multiple months and unable to cancel, you need to stand your ground and not get roped into staying in the program. It's your decision when you're done, not theirs.

I have read many of the reviews and many of them are speaking the truth. I was recommended to CC by my cousin so I trusted her judgement. I was attempting to purchase a home in Nov 2016 after being with CC for 3mths. If it was not for my realtor I would have not been able to improve my credit score to make the purchase. CC did not help in anyway. I’ve tried to cancel several times and have been talked out of it. In the beginning I could get I n touch with my primary counselor Stu Nicks after leaving several messages. He then changed to a “different” department without him reaching out to let me know he was no longer working with me. Then I was changed to someone else named Desiree Dallas whom I have spoken to maybe once or twice. I get no updates unless I call that does not seem right. At this point when I do call they keep telling me “just a few more months” it’s been over one year.

BUYER BEWARE! These people will help your credit and it usually will happen fairly quickly. The problem is, when you try to cancel. The first time I tried to cancel they bullied me into staying. Then I tried to cancel again a month later and the guy was so angry with me I felt as if I had committed a crime, then he hung up on me before letting me know if my account had been cancelled or not. I called back, they "verified" that it had been cancelled. The next month they charged my card again, I called, they apologized, sent me out a refund check in two days and sent me a "cancel confirmation". Here we are again a month later and guess what? Another charge on my card from them! I called AGAIN and went through the rigmarole and got the same "verification" and "cancel confirmation" from the woman on the phone. She assured me that it has been cancelled for good. Who knows if this is correct or not. We shall see in a month.
