I really like using myscoreiq. My membership gives me my monthly FICO score which has been a great tool to use since I'm in the market to buy a house. I also love the identity protection they offer. I signed up for a Charles Schwab account and got an alert within minutes! I definitely recommend this service to anyone who wants to stay on top of their credit!

The dollar trial was great, I got to see my scores and reports from all 3 bureaus for just a buck. It showed a detailed credit report with creditor names and contact numbers it also shows public records and previous employers

Had been calling for days left on hold tio hear that piano music. Was told after being given a very close in line number that they were having technical difficulties and call back in 10 minutes. I have called for days not getting any Answere conveniently my subscription expired. Yesterday and was billed 24.99. I was so fed up and upset I left a angry voicemail and told them I believed they were scammmers because they weren’t letting me cancel my membership.They called me back. Finally my subscription was canceled but not before they charged me for a month I am not using or have access to.Do not use this site.Making it almost impossible to cancel your subscription and giving a number that you never answere the phone says a lot about your company. The only way you can survive is by stealing peoples money.

Alright so i only used them because it was mandatory for the buisness loan because they wouldnt take a credit report from any other site for some reason, should have been a red flag, the replies will say you can cancel on the website however this is false, it says on their own site under contact us and cancellation that "f for any reason you are not satisfied, you can cancel at any time to discontinue your monitoring membership. Cancellation must be made by calling our Customer Service department." and their customer service department will not pick up, ive been trying to get it canceled for 2 months now and they have stolen 70 dollars from me, now soon to be 104.97, i might be forced to change my card soon.

yall are some freaking crooks and i am filing a report with the bbb, cfpb, and anyone else I can contact. you all purposely make it impossible to cancel these accounts and you all are impossible to reach over the phone. you all have charged my freaking card 3 times in two days!!! are you freaking serious. i am calling my bank! you all are a vicious predatory company and you all should be a shame of yourselves. if all these reviews are saying the same thing why the hell haven’t you fixed your website so if we want to cancel our account we are able to do so??? no you make it to where we have to call you. I have been on hold for 3 hours!!! and have been attempting to reach your company since April! your company is terrible and i can not express that enough. PREDATORY COMPANY!!!!

I cannot get anyone on the phone to cancel my subscription and have been calling consistently for the past 2-3 hours. There needs to be an option online to cancel your subscription while logged into your account, I do not trust this company. I can’t get anyone on the phone and when I call—the line is automatically disconnected. It’s as if someone picks up and hangs up. So you lose your place in the queue and the process repeats all over again. I’d urge everyone to place a complaint with Better Business Bureau. I also noticed there is no business address listed on the website not phone number. The only reason I found the number to call is because of the complaints on this site. And it’s shown on my transaction details with them as a merchant. I am very disappointed with my service.

All of the negative reviews are accurate that you read on this platform!!! Horrible customer service!! Tried five times to reach them on the 800 # and got a separate recorded message when you get closer to them answering in the que to speak to a representative that states: "we are experiencing technical diffulties.....". This was on two different days of trying to contact them. They play too many games!! I usual do my due diligence and read reviews and use other methods to validate the company, however, this time I didn't. Save the headache and sign up with another company!! They will go out of business eventually.... BTW, they use the same format on their website as Identity IQ and are similar in name, go figure?! If you encounter the same issue, call your financial institution, explain the issue and ask for a stop payment to be issued on this business against future deductions.

Terrible policies. If I cancel I expect my service to be terminated at the end of the month. They shut off service immediately. I wanted to just cancel my wife's policy but after finding out about this policy and other inconveniences the purposefully put in the way of cancellations, I canceled my account as well. Unfortunately, as stated above, after jumping through some hoops to get there, I was able to get my policy canceled. They canceled my policy immediately even though there was almost a full month of service left that was already paid for. They said I could call back before the end of my policy but that's just another hoop I didn't want to jump through. Don't trust this company at all. They don't offer refunds even if your services paid for are terminated early because of their archaic systems that are so obviously designed around difficulty in cancellation.

This company has the WORST cancellation dark pattern I've ever encountered. If you sign up for this expect it to be a complete headache to cancel your service. You CANNOT cancel online, forcing you to call in (which is extremely inconvenient for any person working non-traditional hours) and when you do call in they throw you through this awful salesman ringer loop for like ten minutes trying to get you to keep your service or downgrade to a slightly cheaper plan. Just get your credit reports free or choose a different website. This is horrible and not acceptable in 2023. It should be one big button that says "CANCEL" and you click on it and you cancel. If a rep responds to this and says you can cancel from your profile page that is UNTRUE for me at least, which is completely unnecessary as I pay with a credit card for an online service, it's literally just like Netflix but for some reason you have to call in. What's next? You want me to fax my social security number?

Suspicious practices. When you get access to the contact, there’s really nothing I saw that you couldn’t get anywhere else for free. The portal is archaic at best, and the contact center is below par. I signed up for a seven day trial on December 27. I tried to cancel it online, but - again - being an archaic, limited portal, you can’t do it online. You actually have to call. They took four days off for New Year’s day. FOUR DAYS! I called every day, and their IVR quoted normal operating hours then stated their closed for the holiday prior to disconnecting. Apparently, they train their agents to try to get away without refunding even when it’s the right thing to do. Once you ask for a supervisor, you might get what they call a courtesy refund. This is after arguing that I had every opportunity to cancel. That the IVR states the hours of operation. They said I was supposed to have called me yesterday in order to have canceled. Today was their first day back after four days off. Someone clever, but not quite clever enough. Do Not Take the chance. There are other companies that are far more technically equipped and others with competent contact center infrastructure.

I called to cancel subscription after using it a few months. I just had a payment come out of my account so a majority of the month I paid for was still unused. Upon canceling, they immediately shut down my account and told me I'm just SOL on the money I paid and would not receive the rest of the month that I already paid for, nor are they sending me a partial refund. Then they had the balls to try and sell me another cheaper product. Why would I want to give a company like this any more of my money. SCAM!!! DON'T DO IT!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Ive' tried calling their number numerous times to cancel. I have Called for weeks and I've yet to reach a human. I'm calling during business hours and no one is available. It's also a blatant lie that you can cancel through the member portal. The member portal tells you to call the bogus number on the website. I'm going to take legal action if nothing is done soon because I've made numerous attempts to cancel and cancellation has still not happened. I highly recommend NOT using My Credit Score IQ

I purchased the membership because a mortgage broker recommended it for a loan I was doing, I left it for a couple months and then when I wanted to cancel, the people on the phone trick you into believing you cancelled, but they keep charging you, even though I asked several times if my service was succesfully cancelled and I did not want to call again. They trick to charge you at least one more month, so be very clear that you do not want to continue with the service AT ALL. Don't even pay attention to what they say and always answer NO, or they will get you for another month.

Wish I could give zero stars. Like everyone else, I did the free trial not knowing I had to call to cancel. Been trying to call several times just sitting on hold. $25/month and my scores haven't been updated in 3 months since I originally created my account. STAY AWAY! I don't know how to get out of this subscription now.

Scammers scammed me through MyScroeIq no notifications nothing. A scammer said to get this account I thought the company was legit and I have experience Identity theft ever since. They won't allow me to cancel the account the scammers have access to. All of these companies and agencies are useless. Forced to take care of this my way

Do not use this service. They offer a free trial period, but in order to cancel you have to call them. They do not have an option to cancel online, but they will lie in their replies and say they do. It's quite easy to prove they are lying. They will not answer phone calls. I let my phone sit on hold for hours and all I got was piano music.

Terrible customer service. Will not call you back for days. You can’t cancel online. They never answer the phone to cancel. You just lose your money. It’s in their policy. They cannot refund you even if your services are not used.

Do not use this company. They offer a 7 day trial for $1 but you get nothing they say you get. Once you login, they want you to pay for everything they said was free in the trial. Then you have to call them to cancel and their employees do not want to help you cancel.
