Signed up for free trial. Didn't get welcome email until day later. Thinking that was the official start of my trial period I called on day 7 to cancel. Both the frontline worker and the supervisor said that they began the period once my registration information was submitted. Not sure how they expect that to work when my email confirmation needed to get in the account didn't arrive until the next day. Tried to amicably resolve the dispute but Nikki the supervisor was quite rude and unwilling to listen.

I tried to cancel during the trial period. The contract said it can only be cancelled "in writing". Right. I have searched far and wide to find an address and none exists. Nothing in the membership area; nothing anywhere on the net. Can anyone help me. I am currently traveling in Europe and will not spend the $$ to call the cs # for the reasons referred to above. This website is a fraud. They advertise that your credit report and score "are totally free" yet give you no way to obtain that. What in the f. . . is your address, assh. . . .!

I tried to use the service and I received an email that my credit card it was declined. I assumed that since I did not finish application they will not do anything. I WAS WRONG. Suddenly I see three charges of 29.95 in two days in my account. About 100 dollars for nothing. I cancelled my account and I am currently on hold listening to pathetic music for an hour, trying to see why I was charged without finishing my account and why I was charged 100 dollars for a month. STAY AWAY no customer service just music.

AVOID! Throughout the entire sign up process it is advertised as being free, and then as soon as you finish entering your details it charges you $1 enrollment fee! It also told me that I have to call them to confirm my identity, which had me on hold for so long that I had to give up. There is nowhere to cancel the account online, so I have no idea how I'm going to avoid the charge. I will probably have to file a dispute with my credit card company once it posts.

Wait times on calling are terrible. Finally got a customer service representative who didn't seem to know the difference between an area code and a zip code, then claimed to have been right the whole time. I had to repeat my information to them three or four times before they finally got it right. I then was asked a customer service survey at the end in which it was unable to understand me when I gave it a negative review. So here is my review...avoid this company at all cost.

It is a very shady website. I signed up for it, and wanted to cancel immediately, before any more fees were added, but was required to call up to do so. Once I called, it took a few times to indicate that I was wanting to cancel, even though they have a specific menu option for cancellations. I'd advise not using this company due to the lack of transparency they have with their business.

This company would not accept my cancellation and kept charging me. I had to call every day for a week before I could get my cancellation. It took 3 weeks to receive my $39.90 back. Avoid this company like the plague. Reps are rude, argumentative, and lie.

I had a very hard time canceling. They don't return emails. I couldn't even pull up my report.When I finally did get to cancel I was told I would get a refund in 3-5 days. Over month later and no full refund that was granted to me. Instead I was told it was "under review" . That was never told to me in the beginning. Bad company full of liars

I have tried numerous times to cancel my account due to the fact that I no longer need their services & they say they can't find my account in no way shape or form. I said it's so strange that y'all can't find my account to cancel it but you can find it to charge it not only once a month but twice. I am very upset with My Score.

I thought I was signing up to look at foreclosure homes and instead MyScore charged my credit card $29.95 for something I didn't need. I have called and canceled (which they did) but would not credit my account with the $29.95. I have called them 5 times but with no luck.

There is a way to cancel: threaten... well really do and then tell them that you have initiated fraud proceedings with your bank/credit card company against them and that said bank/company have been instructed to put stop payment orders on every charge made by them. That's how I got out (and it might have been the only way...), at least.

My bank account was charged by this outfit called and cancelled but taking no chances the deduction was pending signed paperwork at bank got my money back but at same time cancelled the card and received a new one did a lot of research on this company and they are well hidden looks like scammers

They should not be working for credit score companies. They don't cancel and charge 29.95 and bounced my account and cost me more money.. they are th cause of low credit scores.. they are a scamming fly by night organization and Noone should get involved with rhem. There are more unsatisfied customers than ones that are.

There is no where to leave a message about billing. I have called numerous times to no avail. My score keeps taking money off my social security. I never asked for this service. I have no need to know what my score is. Please cancel whatever you have for me , as I did not sign up for it. It would be nice for my money to be returned.

Tried to cancel this service back in March of this year. Couldn't get in contact with anyone. Got hung up on and transferred to a person who could barely speak english. Told person I wanted a refund, told they don't give refunds. Contacting BBB. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

What a joke. Does not give you real scores. Then at a random date your free trial ends and they charge you $30 without any notice... An reminder email that my account would get charged would be nice. It overdrew my account by $5 giving me a $30 overdraft fee two days before I get paid... Thanks myscore, I'm not eating for the next couple days..

Very poor company. I cancelled my subscription on 7/11/2015 and 3/4/2016 the company withdrew money. I have called 7 times since 3/4 and each time I am told I will receive my refund in 5 to 10 business days. STILL NO REFUND. They have apologized each time, but, where's my refund????

i would never call these company to cancel but i would advise everyone not use the real credit cards on these compnay but i would recommend to use PREPAID GIFT CARD just Limit so they can take any money out except $1.00 free so they can't Process further to take more money out but i do agree with everyone this is the worst

THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN THE WORLD. I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT 1 DAY AFTER OPENING ACCOUNT. 6 MONTHS after I got hit with 29.95 charge against my checking account. Had to call customer service a total of 5x to get issue resolved. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU DON'T PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.

Horrible customer service. I called two days before my deadline to cancel my service and the guy said no problem, 3 days later I was charged the full fee. I called them and was told the cancellation was never put through, but being that I called before the dealline there were notes they would issue a refund. 2-3 days for refund..has been 7 days.

Stay away from this company. There are more reputable companies out there that offer better services. Difficult to cancel. Had to call 3 times and pay membership fees for three months before the cancellation took. No refunds. Waste of money.

I find it shady. My credit card information was taken. I realised I wanted to immediately. I am charged $28 so far. I am trying my hardest to call to cancel before any more false charges are incurred but the number on the website doesn't work. NOW I DON'T KNOW HOW TO CANCEL. BEWARE!!!
