The Good

  • Plan Options
  • Email Alerts
  • Credit Learning Center
  • Rewards

Plan Options

ClickFreeScore offers three comprehensive credit monitoring plans: Basic Credit Membership plan, Premium Credit Membership plan, and Ultimate Credit Membership plan. The Basic Credit Membership option costs $9.95 per month and includes daily Equifax and TransUnion credit report and score monitoring, $6.95 for Experian credit report and score monitoring, email alerts, credit fraud consultation, 24/7 roadside assistance, and rewards.

The Premium Credit Membership costs $29.95 per month and  includes everything from the Basic Credit Membership, but instead provides customers with unlimited access to their Experian credit report and score.

ClickFreeScore’s Ultimate Credit Membership costs $39.90 per month and provides customers with unlimited access to credit reports and scores from all three credit bureaus as well as unlimited access to every benefit the other two package options offer.

Email Alerts

ClickFreeScore provides an email alert benefit with each membership plan it offers. According to the company’s website, customers can receive email alerts when changes are made to their Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion credit reports. The email alerts that ClickFreeScore offers are sent out within 24 hours after the credit report change(s) are made. With these prompt email alerts, customers will be more aware of their credit reports and take quick action if there is ever an inaccurate change made to their credit reports.

Credit Learning Center

Those who visit the ClickFreeScore website are able to easily access the company’s Credit Learning Center resource page. This educational page provides a significant amount of information detailing what a credit score is, how a credit score is calculated, how credit scores are used, how people can obtain copies of their credit reports, and much more. In addition to the general credit education on this page, the company explains the benefits of getting a ClickFreeScore membership and additional information about its services.

Rewards and Benefits

According to the company’s website, ClickFreeScore customers are able to receive certain rewards including “monthly grocery and shopping coupons, travel and hotel discounts, PC support and long distance calling, movie tickets, magazine subscriptions, and much more.” In addition to these reward benefits, ClickFreeScore also provides members with 24/7 roadside assistance.

The Bad

  • Limited Website Information
  • Monthly Fees

Limited Website Information

ClickFreeScore does not seem to provide a significant amount of information regarding details of its credit monitoring services and benefits. The company states the basic benefits that accompany each credit membership it offers, but does not provide much information about all of its offered features and benefits like identity theft protection options or its refund and cancellation policies. Customers who are looking for more detailed information from ClickFreeScore have to contact the company directly.

Monthly Fees

Although the company’s monthly prices for its services are fairly reasonable, ClickFreeScore customers still have to pay a monthly fee. Several other companies in the credit monitoring industry do not charge any fees for credit monitoring services. Granted, ClickFreeScore customers are provided with several benefits in comparison to what other credit monitoring companies offer.

The Bottom Line

ClickFreeScore provides customers with around-the-clock daily credit monitoring for credit reports and scores from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. The company also has an in-depth credit learning center page on its website that is available to everyone, not just customers. ClickFreeScore members can receive quick email alerts for any key changes made to their credit reports and are provided with several benefits including rewards, 24/7 roadside assistance, and more.

These people are crooks plain and simple! First off it’s not FREE! Secondly the $1.00 fee (which btw turned into $4.95) is nothing more than a lure to steal your card account information, and charge you, and keep charging you a none disclosed and unauthorized monthly fee of $39.90!! The only thing they did was rip me off!! So what exactly did I quote unquote pay for!! They sent this bogus response: Unable to complete check, go to equafax, or experience…ect. They ran up my card twice in one day thill they hit paydirt!! I had to cancel my card and dispute this claim!! Stealing money from people under the guise of credit checks is not a legitimate business practice!! Please investigate companies before doing business with any of these online shysters!! It literally costed me not being more cautious!! Time, money, and energy because of these crooks!! DO NOT BE FOOLED THEY ARE RIPOFF ARTISTS!!!

I initially paid $1 for a one time credit score check. Then I started getting alerts that I already got alerted on through TransUnion. I checked to see if there was something that TransUnion was missing and I got charged $39.90 for a month of service that I did not want. The information that this website and company provides it's very vague and is set up to confuse the customer. I asked the representative for a refund after cancelling my two days of service and I was refused any kind of refund because of their paper trail they left behind. I would suggest no one in their right mind use click freescore.com for any kind of credit monitoring. Just go to the source like I do and use one of the three credit monitoring bureaus

They are horrible horrible humans! They fraudulently steal your information to charge you 39.99 a month and you never signed up! I have already had my bank send a grievance in October and in January they pulled that garbage with me again. So another grievance is sent!

Used company for instant 3 bureau credit score in June for $1.00 and cancelled right after. The company waited until today 9/19 to try to charge my card their monthly fee of $39.90 and say I never cancelled. I was really confused because if I never cancelled why didn’t they charge my card in July or August. Definitely a janky credit monitoring company and I wouldn’t recommend using this at all your better off with credit karma.

Absolute scam. They have a site for a home buying company that only give you the option to use them for $1 to send your credit. They give you no warning besides an email in your junk mail about you subscribing. They are literal click bait. They just want to trick as many people as possible into $40 for free money. They will crash and burn as a business and will find a new way to scam people. Do not join with them! Credit karma is free!!!!! Does the same damn thing!

Wrong Equifax score. I paid for my equifax score directly through equifax. Clickfreescore has my score 59 points higher than Equifax. If you are going to be charging people for this information you need to make sure your information is correct! I also have an experian account and the score on Clickfreescore is 47 points higher than my actual experian. I do not have a Transunion account so I couldn't say it was correct or incorrect. If you are going to charge for this service you should have the accurate information. Otherwise you are a SCAM!

WRONG and Grabbing your money. They reported my Equifax credit score as 641. I have an Equifax account, logged in, updated to SAME day and they said my score with them is 691. I logged in to me FREE account at clickfreescore and saw to my surprise that they would charge me $39.99 monthly after 7 days free. I can close any of my bank accounts online but clickfreescore will NOT let you close your account with them online. You have to call. So Note they are trying their best to keep charging you indefinitely for WRONG information.

This company charges 40$ a month, and I never signed up for it. I cancelled it once, and I got charged again. This company stole from me twice, and believe me if you want to get it cancelled it’s nearly impossible.

No 24 hour phone service, no way to cancel their site. No refund if you miss the window because they were not available when you did call. Would not recommend.
