I'm very disappointed about the level of care when I tried to speak to a associate. It took six days of total frustration to finally give up. None were fluent in English, constantly requesting them to repeat and spell things. I couldn't understand their broken English spent probably a total of 20 hours and all I got was a shine in. Even the supervisor was impossible to understand, her name was Kim. Offered me promo codes, so I would drop the issue. Spoke so fast I had to continually ask them to slow down how fast they were talking.

Worst card out there Paid balance in full and still getting interest charges. For 2 months or so They need to be investigated for wrongful charging customer It’s like they are stealing from us And their customers service are not helping they make you feel like you’re doing the wrong thing

they cut my limit even though ive never missed a payment because i might miss a payment . which made my cards go to 100% of dti drpped my fico over 60 pts
