Once this period expires, APRs range from 11.99 to 19.99 percent, depending on card selection and cardholder's past credit history. Cash advance APRs are charged at 20.49 percent.

Additional Fees

Annual fees range from $0 to $120, depending on the card. Balance transfer fees are the greater of $10 or 3 percent of the total transaction. Customers will be charged up to $35 for late and returned payments. Cash advance transfers are the greater of $5 or 3.5 percent of the total amount. Foreign transaction fees are assessed at 1.5 percent on the Visa Signature Rewards Plus card and 3 percent on the Visa Platinum Rewards Plus card. Many of these rates are higher than amounts charged by similar competitors.

Service Limitations

Unused reward points will expire three years after the date in which they are earned. Customers will have to acquire a minimum of 1,500 points in order to redeem them for non-cash rewards. It can take up to three days for earned points to be posted to a cardholder's account. Once gift cards and travel perks are redeemed, they cannot be cancelled or exchanged and it can take up to five weeks for gift certificates to arrive by mail to the cardholder.

Hello, On March 26 I made an online international transfer to Italy of 550 dollars plus the fees - 13 dollars. My mother never got the money on the account so the monet took the way back to my account. Starting April 10 I called RBC several times to ask about my mony and to put it on my account. It was told 10 ago it will last not more than a few days. Every time I had to call RBC and to chase you for my money. It s just today I found out by calling you ( no one from RBC informed me that the money is in the branch in Brossard... ) So I had to find out by myself. I talked to Marie J. from RBC Brossard to ask her to put the money on my account she told me she ll talk to her colleagues. She said she will call me. This was at 10 AM. At 1 30 PM I called back from work asking her the same thing. She said will call me never happened that. I had to leave from work, to go in Brossard to find the branch closed... I called back customer service and asked for my money and compensation. They offered me 12 dollars and 527 dollars back on my account instead of 5565 dollars transferred. This following discussion with their team leader Mohamed - GNYS230157. They are not serious, keeping people money and using them while people chase them for their money.
