Any time I have called with an issue it was quickly resolved and the customer service team is great about understanding why you are calling and getting you to the right department. I spoke with one agent that did a lot of research into my problem and offered solutions I did not know about. He took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied and the issue settled to my satisfaction.

I've used various Visa credit and gift cards for decades. They are accepted just about everywhere. I've never had any bad experiences with my Visa credit cards. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I was given a $200 Visa gift card and someone was able to hack it. I had it for just under a year and when I went to use it. I found out only $1.99 remained. Stunned, I was told of 2 transactions transpired in cities I never visited used up the funds. I reported it as fraud. I was amazed that anyone could have gotten the number AND the pin on a gift card. I wondered if it was someone who had access to the card before it was packaged??? I will never know. So one star lost due to a security issue.

My Visa is exceptional in the US And spot on in the Southern countries that my wife and I have traveled too. On airfare,and on the Cruise ships we have traveled on. It wasn't a problem at all of the ports that we docked at. Even a lot of the open air markets were not a problem. From the high quality restaurants, down to the street vendors. I'm secure with our Visa.

I have been using Visa since I became I was 18 years old. I am now 31 and still turn to Visa before any other company. I have had great expirences with there customer service, easy to use app and online services. As well as a very busy worthy company. I also find there identity theft protection and fraud protection protocols to be the best by far compared to other companies of similar business.

Visa is straight forward about their fees. Depending on card offer you can get very low interest rates. They will also upgrade your card plan aka bigger max cap and lower fees after good status over time, just ask! The only card that won’t slap on hidden fees for doing it. Also identify theft they are swift on! They will wipe off those illegal charges with little hassle or worry! Don’t worry they got you credit score back!

Visa has allowed me to travel the world during my college study abroad days. It is a card accepted everywhere. It has allowed me to book flights and has converted foreign currency appropriately. I have notified the company ahead of time with my travel plans but when I have forgotten to, they have verified with me to make sure my account has not had fraudulent activity. I am confident with Visa in accuracy and appreciate quality customer service experiences

I had an issue about 2 months ago where my identity was stolen ,I received a text message from a represenative telling me about some unusual charges being made ,,told me it wasn't me and instantly the card was shut down and because the person using the card was using it at same time I was on the phone with the represenative the person was caught and arrested .haven't had no problems with the fraudulent purchases all was taken care of and the money was restored back to my account

I use Visa almost exclusively. It is accepted everywhere I go. Their Fraud and Protection service has been great. They alerted me to my card being used in New Jersey when I was in Florida. With one call they quickly rectified the situation by place a hold on all transactions in New Jersey. I was really impressed that they were able to reach out to mew so quickly when they detected the fraud. It gave me a great deal of confidence in their product. I highly recommend Visa and will continue to use it.

I love visa. I have a few cards with them and one i have the rewards card. I have got so many rewards from that card just by using it on purchases that I have to make daily. My favorite reward is the travel points. I have received several airline tickets from my rewards points. It has saved me so much money. Thousands. I use my visa credit card everyday. I love the rewards that I get from using it.

Who doesn’t love a visa card? I love when my card is being used a little too much they will call me and make sure that the charges are valid. So I do think they have your best interest in mind. Every time I have left the state and not let them know they give me a call just to make sure it’s right. To me that is a very trustworthy company. Great customer service

Love my Visa! I get money back for paying off my Credit Card and they give it to me as cash right back into my account! Or you can pick a gift card to many different places and companies. Visa is also accepted everywhere. It's incredibly easy to pay my bills online. One time my card was being used by someone out of the country and I was immediately notified and reimbursed and my card was shut down and a new one sent without skipping a beat. I feel safe with Visa and we've only had positive experiences being their customer.

I only carry Visa in my wallet and have never had any trouble not being able to use it until I went to a Smith's grocery store self check out and was told they don't take Visa Credit Cards but they take other ones. I just used my Visa Debit and all was well. I love the perks my Visa gives me with points for normal everyday use like the grocery store and restaurants.

They are very quick to refund the money even before any investigating or looking into the problem occurs. Their customer service is always very friendly and helpful and will help you in any way. My husband and I both have Visa cards. Several months ago, a knob broke on our stove which barely was out of the manufacture's warranty. I used my Visa to purchase it so I called customer service and luckily my purchase qualified for a free repair. The bill was over $400 and Visa sent me a check to pay for the repairs. I will continue to buy everything on my Visa because of the extra protection I receive on my purchases.
