Fairly easy to work with and use for company finance purchases. They need to put more effort into a better business friendly and user friendly card servicing website. They need to accept disputes online instead of having to call and talk, at least for the intial dispute portion. Since it's for businesses they need to roll multiple corporate cards into one company balance and one statement mailed . They need to understand the owner of a business who signs off on the card is distant from the business and let the business accountant run all the disputes, inquiries, questions, etc.

Had their card a year or so, always paid my bill in full until 1 month I didn’t get a bill and was a couple days late. They did sent me an email after it was due and I paid them the full amount. After they got the payment they cut my credit limit to 1000. I guess they have enough customers to make me cancel my card which really only got it because of Ford credit. I would recommend no one sign up for this card, the interest rate sucks unless you pay the whole amount each month. Learned my lesson about dealing with way below average cards. At the end they will find a way to hurt since they run their company scamming customers

I do not recommend this company—they are dirty. They do what they want without notice. I have been a loyal customer for 15 years. Within the last year, we’ve struggled, and I was late twice on payments (only by a few days). When we things improved for us, we were able to pay off a large amount of our debt. To my surprise, I got a letter saying my credit line was reduced by more than half! I called them and tried to negotiate, and they were unwilling to work with me, stating that they cannot review for a reversal for 4 months! I understand this is business, and they reserve the right to do what they did, but I think this was a very steep and cruel punishment for being late just a couple times...especially since I showed them I’m now able to pay. I cancelled with them today...and do not recommend anyone goes with them.

They lie about what is on your credit reports, they denied me a credit card through Scheel's and sent me a denial letter saying i had serious delinquency, lenght of time for accounts and something to due with ratio to balance, si i went to my bank and asked them to pull my credit report and when i recieved that from my bank it shows no serious delinquency, shows all my accounts are not in collections or any of my accounts being late, all my payments have been made on time, they are a joke, they charge a higher interest rates at 30% and the other four credit cards i have only charge around 20% don't waste your time with this company.

Please be aware of this company. It is borderline fraudulent. I have had this card for over 8 years. I have never missed a payment. I use this card often and I pay it off every month. This is Spring break for my daughters who are 18. I made reservations at a hotel in Florida and put it on this card. We live in Minnesota. My daughters went to Naples, Florida. When they got there the hotel told them my credit card was declined and they could not stay at the hotel till they had a valid card. I called the bank and they told me they halted the purchase when I made the reservation over two weeks ago. They said it looked fraudulent. Not a single person contacted me to inform me of this. So I told them (the bank) that it obviously wasn’t fraudulent and I wanted my card reactivated done so my girls could stay at the hotel. The bank said they couldn’t do that. That it takes 5 business days to reactivate the account. I explained my daughters situation of being stranded. She actually said “that wasn’t her problem” and said there was nothing anyone could do to speed up the process. Simply amazing to me. I closed the account down and put the reservations on another card. I will NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS AGAIN WITH BANKCARD.

If your smart you'll stay away from this credit card.I had a northern tool card and a Dodge card with them, they closed my Northern Tool card with a zero balance without any notice.,about 7 months later that closed my Dodge card without notice, I had a balance on my dodge card so I called them and ask to pay off the balance so it would not so closed with a balance I ask them when they report the account closed will show that I paid the balance of $2400.00 I was told yes I checked and it shows closed with a balance I called them back to ask when it will show paid I was told 60 days they told ne because of the credit reporting companies are running behind funny they can report a closed account in one day.All of this with never missing or paying late.

This is one of the worst credit card companies out there. They sent me an email with an offer because I purchased a Jeep. My credit score is around 700+. They gave me a credit limit and after several months of using it only once for a small charge, and paying that amount off, they reduced it by about 25%. I called and they said it was because of a credit review. I've never heard of such a thing. Nothing on my credit report changed. I called Chase where I do all my banking and they said that was strange. within 24 hrs of that call to Chase, the increased one of my cards by $5000... interesting. Now, after not using it since the first time, they completely closed my account because of another review. Still, nothing has changed with my credit report. My account with them was in perfect status. I have credit cards with Chase, Capital One, WellsFargo, and Apple... high limits, no payment issues. I would suggest everyone stay away from this company. They do not need to be in business the way they conduct themselves and the way the mistreat their customers.

Was happy to receive a $5500 limit w/zero interest. Didn't use for a few months, then had some biz expenses I needed to charge. Capped out during the Pandemic shutdown but was making $500/mo. payments right away(triple the minimum)...two payments into it they reduce my limit to $3350. I call and they said a "credit review" prompted this and they couldn't raise it back up until a better review. During the shutdown, the biz checking account was closed so a payment was returned.... when I discovered the error and called to make it right, after that payment(next day!), they completely closed my account. The online banking has been a nightmare since Day One, and is a pain, in general, to Navigate. Been trying to delete biz checking account out of the system for months.... neither through Customer Service or the web can it be successfully, so far... Just a pretty Lousy Overall Experience. Stay Away.

First bankcard decided to cut the credit line by $100. Then took them 2 months to send me a letter stating what they have done, on top of that the ending account number on the the letter is not even my account number. Called customer service to question the issue and their answer was we don't know why the account number is different, but stated First bankcard has cut all credit lines. That was enough for me with that answer so I closed my account. If you have a First bankcard account I would recommend closing your account. If they can't get the account #'s correct what else are they screwing up on and holding you responsible for and taking a hit on your credit score for an account # that's not even yours. What a sorry company to deal with.

On 3/17 my credit limit on my First Bankcard Visa was decreased by half (from ~11k-5k). This was done without my knowledge and despite the fact that I have never missed a payment and haven't charged anything to the card since I opened it with a balance transfer. The decrease in credit limit led to me using 95% of the available limit and drop in my credit score of FORTY FOUR points. When I called the company to ask for my limit to be increased they said they could not do so for four billing cycles. So as a result I must continue to deal with a significant drop in my credit despite the fact that I have not missed any payments or charged any substantial amount since first opening the card. After a brief google search it is clear that this company, a division of First National Bank of Omaha, is not a friend of its customers. HIGHLY advise going with another, more reputable, company.

This company dropped my limit in the middle of a statement period by $8,000, only 3 months after opening my card. Apparently opening ONE other account for only $2500 (to take advantage of 0% on some new furniture, which I didn't even end up needed to use) was enough to trigger the limit decrease. EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS. I was in good standing, paid every month on time above the minimum, and JUST opened the account. I had every single autopay linked to this card, now I have to spend forever changing them all over to a different card. I've never seen such a ridiculous overreaction in my life, nor have I ever had a credit card drop my limit in 16 years. Ridiculous company. Will pay off card and get rid of it.

I have had a First Bankcard for several years and have an excellent payment history. Out of the blue they closed my account. After I called customer service to ask if they had closed it, the only info they could give me was that there were too many credit inquiries on my account and THEY decided to close my account and I would receive a letter telling me that. What a horrible company and someone I will never use again. I'd rather have my money spent with someone else!!! SO DISAPPOINTED

We have had this card for a year. Always paid on time and carried a low balance. Received a notice from Credit Karma asking if we'd closed this account. Called and sure enough, they had closed it out. We recently traded in a vehicle and bought a new one, so of course our credit was ran and their excuse for canceling our card was because of the inquiries. Very bad business practice and since closing an account actually hurts your credit for a little bit, that makes what they did even worse.

Fraudulent at best. Received this card as my first credit card at 18yo to build credit. Never missed a payment until Covid-19 hit. My work cut my hours so much I couldn't afford the payments along with all my other bills. I missed one payment and they closed my account and left a deliquency on my credit. Now they are charging me for the rest of the card balance. Terrible unforgiving business that takes advantage. Avoid them at all cost unless you want to screw up your credit.

Threee months ago I was approved for their Ford Card. I was given a $7000 limit. I made only on time payments even paying more then the minimum due. Three months later I receive a email stating they have lowered my credit limit due to my credit report. Mind you my credit report had not changed other then I did a interest rate reduction on my mortgage. With them doing this they have not got my credit scores reduced, and has put a black mark on my credit report. So now they have hurt my credit report at no fault of mine they refuse to work with me or reverse their decision. Customer beware!

M lifeMasterCard is corrupt ,

This company dropped my limit in the middle of a statement period by $6000. .SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS. This card represents the MGM properties, it'a called an M Life MasterCard, they should be embarrassed using a fraudulent company like this. I was in good standing, paid every month on time above the minimum, ALL MY OTHER ACCOUNTS ARE IN PERFECT STANDING TOO. This move hammered my credit score. I've never seen such an adjustment in credit line, nor have I ever had a credit card drop my limit, usually the converse. Ridiculous company. Will pay off card and get rid of it.

They closed my account WITHOUT NOTICE, that had zero balance and no late payments during the pandemic lowering my buying power during a national emergency. They calin I didn't use the card enough. That's my choice and given proper notice I would have used it. 35 years I've have credit cards and this has never happened till I had a First Bankcard.

Sonya Smith ,

Horrible Company, We have two business cards and have had nothing but problems. They can't even apply payments correctly. One of our cards has an outstanding credit and the other is delinquent with pending transactions. We called them Friday to correct their mistake and three business days later, it's still not fixed. I do not recommend for Businesses. Bad for our business!

To even mention "customer service" for this company is an injustice. It handles credit card issuance for Speedway (service stations). YOU SIMPLY CANNOT REACH A HUMAN BEING! Located in Omaha, I know some are there or were when I lived there..

this company closed my paid off credit card because they "reviewed" my credit. Mind you I was in the middle of refinancing my home and both loans showed durring the time they reviewed. Funny, my american express card that is paid off just increased my credit line with them.

They do not inform you that due to account activity your account will be closed. I had gotten a new card in May and I should have been informed then that my card would be closed if I did not make a purchase on it!!
