So so credit card. Nothing extraordinary from this card. No rewards or cash back. Only a few discounts over the year that do not entice the member to continue shopping. I believe that using other cards in Best Buy can get you bigger rewards than actually using their own card. Currently, considering closing it before the end of this year.

I just took my lap top back & customer service was great. They took their time & they work with me on getting my laptop back to workung. I had to pay to send it off & it came back so fast & the money i paid they refunded it back to my account within days. Go get at Best Buy!!!! Geeksquad be doing it up in there. No long wait time to be seen to get the help needed.

I have had my Best Buy credit card for several years. I have made several purchases on it and I love how they offer the up to 18 months same as cash. It’s a nice option to have when their is something you need to buy, like a new dryer or a fridge, or tv that you don’t have the money up front to buy it. This option basically lets you buy it and pay as if you paid all the money up front. I will continue using my Best Buy card and keep it open. I been very happy with my Best Buy card.

I had a Best Buy Credit Card that really came in handy while I was going to school and furnishing my apartment while relocating . The thing that has changed recently is the fact that I cannot discuss card transactions in the store. I have to call customer service and the wait times tend to be lengthy in order to reach a live person.

If it is an electronic device Best Buy has it. Giving a gift card is a great thing for your college bound kids. Using the Best Buy Credit Card lets all the info can help with returns!stay on your phone should you need it. You can see exactly what you bought and saving the receipt in case something needs to be returned.

Got their card solely for the 10% off a large purchase for a new TV. Was definitely worth it but as this point it really just collects dust. Whenever they threaten to decrease my credit line I go buy some candy and walk out just to keep it open for potential future purchases. No use outside of the store though.

I love Best Buy’s online shopping particularly picking up packages in store. For small items I pickup my packages in the front of the counter. For heavy items they have a designated parking and their staff bring it to your car. Making purchases with the Best Buy card is very easy, and I can choose a flexible financing options.

I got a Best Buy credit card when I bought my last tv and it gave me the flexability I needed to get some additional electronics that I needed for the family. They have great prices and also great customer service with any questions that I had or questions about my card. I was also able to receive updates on in-store specials.

I purchased a television set at Best Buy and signed up for the credit card as well. It worked out great as I got no interest for the first 6 months and I could earn credit for my purchases. The rate was good after that and I also got better deals at Best Buy through the credit card. It worked well for me.

I have a Best Buy credit card and the initial promotion was to have 90-days same as cash and that worked out great for me. There are always deals when I shop at Best Buy so with my credit card my money goes further. There are also guarantees that come with it.

We have used Best buy credit card to be able to finance may things like are apple computer and most of the times they have this specials for 6-12 months no interest which is great!! Just make sure you pay it off before the promotional interest rate.

I have a Best Buy card that I use quite frequently. The website that you access to see your balance is a little bit confusing to navigate but nothing that would keep me from using the card. I like that I can pay money toward the balance on earlier purchases to keep from letting my 0 interest expire.

Read the fine print! I shouldn't have listened to the sales rep in store on what the actual plan was for the Best Buy Card. This I can blame myself for trusting but ultimately it is still something that the Best Buy employee should have known. A good card to get 0% financing for a rather large electronic purchase but don't use if you aren't planning on paying off during the promotional period.

I will never have another best buy credit card. It was fine for the first couple of weeks and then once I made my first payment through direct deposit, 3 days later they charge another payment and I hadn't even used the card again. When I tried to get ahold of someone to help me they told me they would cancel it and never did.

Where do I start? First I never had a best buy with this company. Was the worst buy and the card services were terrible. High APR and not even worth to get a new card. Been over 10 years and now it's off my credit. Only one mispayment and they closed the card.
