If you are an Amazon customer I guess it's a good thing. I tried to cancel my card and it took quite some digging to get that canceled. There are so many better cards I do not see any value in this one.

Honestly I loved having there prime card, and have had it for years until around 19- 2020, every year I paid off my over all balance while keeping it at 30% card utilization until they started decreasing my limit and my credit started going down now I have just made it goal to shut off the card this year honestly it's not worth it.

Cancelled the card, 3 months later get a bill from them that they charged my amazon prime membership to the card 2 months after i cancelled. They refused to remove the charge, i refused to pay. They reported it to the credit bureau. Took 6 months to get it off my credit report even after they admitted they screwed up!
