The worst customer service I have experienced with a carrier. I've had 2-3 year services through 5 different carriers. Straightalk was THE worst by a long shot. They carried 4 GB of data into the next month's service. When I called their attention to it they basically told me that's how we do business at which point I quickly changed my carrier to H2O. I'm quite satisfied with the service provided by H2O.

I bought 4 iphones for my family and it said no contracts. But it lied. it is a year contract at 45.00 u.s. The phone is locked only for U.S and I live in Canada. I now have 4 iPhone 6's I cant even use and the company said it's my own problem. They will not unlock it unless I do a year contract. The phone will not even work in my area so there's no point. The staff are ignorant when you call and hang up on you. Don't buy from here. I'm out over $1000.00

Hello. I just want to report my experience with your customer service department out of INDIA or at least with Indian accented agents. It's a pattern that I have experienced even from other companies' customer service with an Indian accent. What happened was that they put me on hold forever and never returned. It's time to switch your call center to the Philippines or elsewhere if these people don't want to work. Enough. Thank you.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. No help whatsoever, my product was not able to be used or connected to my phone. I was ignored and put off for MONTHS. This is a terrible company who is not looking out for your best interest. I was NOT issued a refund and I was hung up on several times within the countless HOURS that I spent on the phone with this awful company.

I have had Straight Talk for six years, never had any trouble until now. They have THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. The tech support has very little training and expect to spend hours on the phone trying to fix a problem. Then twice we were promised new SIM cards. NOTHING! Called three times and were promised the SIM cards. NOTHING! Straight Talk wake up because you suck!

This company is awful. 1) They do not cover Nation wide as they advertise. I bought my phone in Washington and when I moved to Alaska it no longer worked. 2) I bought a card that somehow had already been used even though the scratch off was intact when I bought it. I had proof of my purchase, but their customer service didn't care and offered me nothing. 3) Customer service is outsourced and they read off of prompts while they are talking to you. It's painfully obvious that they have no idea what they are talking about. They are anything but helpful.

It's a disgrace that my mother is charged 45.00 per month for the most crappiest service around. For basic service, 3 days to activate, to turn around and get screwed over still. They changed her plan without her knowledge, every phone call data is used, every text whether picture or not charged, etc what is the 45 bucks a months for?! The customer service people refused to speak English and give her run around til they drop her calls. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone one with a brain.

I purchased Straight Talk service from a Walmart in New Mexico. They assured me the service should be active immediately with nothing further required. When Straight Talk refused to activate my phone, they said I needed a service number from Walmart or they could not help me. Walmart told me they have never operated that way and never give out service numbers. Neither side knew anything about the other, and I never got the service I paid for. How a company this poorly managed is still around boggles my mind. Worst service ever.

Had a warranty issue, Straight Talk sent me a refurbished, junk phone that overheats, turns off and takes 8 hours to have a text message received, phone does not not ring, and when Straight talk is contacted, horrible service and Straight talk expects me to wait 13 days for a phone - and will not send replacement phone. Changing service. Go with a different service

Worst customer service ever!!! 2 months in a row with no data - called customer service many times. One time the woman was actually talking to what sounded like her kids - she'd told me to hold while she worked on my problem.....Guess she forgot to hit the hold button. Every time I was kept on hold off and on for over 45 minutes. Still no resolution to not having any data on a newly filled/and paid plan. Ditching this company.

Terrible service, this is the worst carrier I have ever had. The people you deal with do not speake the english very well. They have a script to go by and that is it. Asking for a transfer to some one who speaks good english. Forget it. I have had straight talk for a long time but not after this month. Straight gives you the run around. And do not bother calling complaint department. It does no good.

Customer Service is applauling. Received broken new phone with someone else's data on it. A so called straight talk manager informs me it came straight from the factory. Straight Talk do not care and are determined to stand their ground. I am considering cancelling all my services. The phone was a birthday gift for my son. Zero empathy. A disgrace.

Straight Talks Customer service is a joke. They messed up on my phone service and would take no blame even after they told me the last rep failed to enter in my info correctly. All the calls are outsourced and the line cuts in and out as you talk to them....nice. I was an advocate for years but will definitely be changing carriers now. It all comes down to costumer service and this company offers little to none.

Inexpensive can buy a sim for an unlocked cell phone of your own or buy a reasonably priced straight talk phone. Service was clear and had no issues. Monthly plans are prepaid and much cheaper than contracts.

Straight talk...... straight ripoff I would say. Product replacement is a rip off. I was told I would receive a replacement phone the 1st of December and that it would take 3 to 5 days and now it's the 28th and no phone. Still SMH straight talk.....

My daughter purchased the phone for me. Was not able to activate. Talked to person at Straight Talk and they said could not recognize serial number, wanted me to fax receipt and all kinds of other information. Bunch of junk. I am 77 years old and don't need this hassle. Plan to have my daughter return the phone and get her money back!.

A week after paying my bill again, I couldn't receive or send SMS messages. Talking to customer service was useless each time. They don't resolve any issues. They lie and say they will call back. I hate this service. The worst prepaid service to receive.

hung up by two different managers of the company. I will be switching to a different provider as soon as possible. This company is not the one to give your time and money too. I suggest going to another provider such as Verizon.

Horrible customer service. Took $360 from me still waiting on my refined. Receive confirmation numbers and everything still have not process my refund. If I do not have my money back with in 48 hours I plan to take them to see them in court and file a suit. I was transferred over 6 times. They own me a total of 8 months of service.

I had to use Straight Talk temporarily, for a pay as you go phone, it is not bad. I would have liked it better if I would have had more selections for phone choices. But the Walmart I bought it at only had 3 options that were all pretty poor. The phone service was fine, but the browser was awful.

Customer service is very poor. The representatives are very very very slow. Plan on being on the phone near an hour each time you call them. Then when they are unable to fix the problem, you will have to re explain and do all the same steps, each visit.
