Half calls don't go through at all. No rings, caller hears "no mailbox" and gets disconnected. You don't even know that someone called you, no call log, nothing, and they can't leave a message. When you are not on wifi connection, signal is very low, sometimes even Google map doesn't work. Customer's service is terrible, they don't know anything! I start to ask each rep how long he/she has been working for Google fi - usually it is 1-2 months. What pearson can learn for such short time? They never can fix any problem. I spend on the phone with customer service more time than with my family. If your got deflective phone, but figure it out after 15 days, they will not go live you a new replasment. You will get old refurbished phone, with low battery life. A lot of drop calls, but it is so small issue compare to others ))
