Horrible. I had to cancel my FREE SERVICE account because for a week (when minutes were added) it would not work. When I GOT my minutes, it barely worked. I figured, "Okay. I'll buy a phone and minutes. Maybe that's a different--" I was wrong. I can receive calls, I can do texts, but I cannot call out. Ever. I have been trying to get into my voice mail for a week and it always says it is OUT OF NETWORK. I cannot call my Doctor because of the same reason above. I have to call SUPPORT every week, or every other week just to get my phone fixed and even then, they always say IT'S FINE. They claim they will not give me a refund. I will NEVER use this service again.

They are okay, for a free phone company. you have to go through multiple screenings, just to talk with a representaive and then they take on average 30 minutes to get your issue taken care of.
