I bought a car shield extended warrantee. Big mistake. They do NOT fix your car. They use any excuse to not cover ANYTHING. No repair, no rental car, no nothing. They paid NOTHING. This company is the biggest scam I ever encountered. Hundreds of dollars paid to them and nothing coming back, I wish I'd had researched them before I bought a policy from them .90% of the reviews I had read are 1 star ratings . There advertising is packed with lies. and I'd bet the good ratings are made up by employees of the company . ANY company with so many bad ratings and still be in business is a mystery to me. Why doesn't the BBB work to close this rip off Co. down. The100's of bad comments should close there doors. How can this crooked company still be operating.

I contracted with this company about two months ago. Ito see the contract but it refused to provide the contract after I contracted with them. To this date, I have never seen the contract, only a welcome letter that provides no details on what is covered. Two days I experienced a break down. Although an hour later the car started, it worried me so I took it to my mechanic who tried to initiate a claim. They kept my mechanic on hold for over an hour and they gave me the run-around. My mechanic is a small business, and has no administrative help - he doesn't have the time for this stuff, and neither do I. I told my mechanic that I had cancelled the warranty with Car Shield and to fix the car at my expense. I do not recommend this company.

They are a very honest company, and they keep their promise, this is the best motor train policy that you senior citizens will ever get, it is fast, and very reliable sign up for the gold plan you'll never believe such a great deal that they will give you. Carshield is honest and dedicated to serving they're customers. I am very happy and feel very safe now, I am very content with this company, and I know all who sign up will be happy as well, carshield guarantees it. sjjay149

The wait on the phone to speak with a representative is not long. The reps were patient and pleasant to work with. The reps explained the service I was getting and did not rush me.I was told of different discounts and how the policy payments would be. I am resting assured knowing CarShield will be protecting my car no matter the mileage and I have road side service with them.

Have not used warranty but did have concerns about ability to pay monthly payment while Covid 19 was going on. Customer service informed me not to worry and payment would be moved without payment until later date without losing warranty. Thanks so much

They seem to care. I have not used my insurance yet. But they have worked with me by lowering my monthly payment during these hard times. I was going to cancel after almost paying for a year with no use. But the rep was kind and offered to take away the COVID19 lockdown month payment, and then lowered my monthly payment to help trying to recover after my Massage business was deemed non-essential.. Thank God I have some therapy clients so i am able to still eat durning these times. Thank you and I pray the Lord blesses this company for their compassion

Hi... I called in for some temporary help during the Coronavirus problem. I needed a lil help with the bill during the time of zero income. It meant the whole difference between keeping coverage and not. The lady I talked with was very understanding, and accommodating. She gave a smaller discount than I had hoped for, but she made it permanent, which was more than I asked for, so all in all, my call was more than productive, and in the long run, will save me a bit more. Don’t waste your money in this scam. I called Car Shield for a quote. The salesman said the plan costs $99 a month with a $100 deductible . I said I couldn’t afford it. He said he could lower it to $89 a month. When I told him no, he said he would lower it to $79 a month with no deductible. I should have known right then it was a scam. However dummy me was sucked into the sales pitch. When I had a problem and needed the shift assembly replaced. They didn’t cover it. The repaid man said he’s had lots of problems with Car Shield not paying for repairs. He said thus part should have been covered. I cancelled my plan and I advise anyone to avoid this company like the plague!!!
