I went to the dealership only to find out my warranty was void because the dealership I purchased the car from closed. Waste of my money

Tricia, your warranty is still valid as you may take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility. Just be sure to have the repair facility contact our claims department at 800-345-0191 for repair authorization prior to repairs being started.

According to our records, the claim was submitted 7/14 for internal engine failures with your vehicle. In order to accurately diagnose the issue, we setup an inspection immediately. Once the breakdown was identified, we approved repairs on 7/21 and parts arrived to the dealership 7/28. If you have questions about the progress of repairs, please contact the dealership for an update. Or, if there's anything we can do to help in the meantime, please call 800-345-0191 and ask to speak with a claims supervisor.
