We had one car loan here and even though the rate was better, we ended up switching banks. It was completely impossible to ever get a call through to the branch (or a live rep). I always had to drive down in person and even then it took longer to see anyone than at any other bank I’ve ever been to. Closing my account proved more difficult than it should have been. The teller kept trying to convince me to keep it open. I had no other accounts there but the loan (and the savings account they make you have to get the loan). It was just a wholly underwhelming experience and I would not work with them again. They weren’t terrible but there are many, many banks near me and given the choice, I’d go to one with fewer challenges in reaching customer assistance.
