Used them only once and probably won't go back. They were hard to work with once I fell on hard times and got a couple of months behind. I have worked with others who offered leap months to satisfy the months in arrears. This was a few years back. Hopefully, they have improved with the others who have.

There was a problem with my loan getting funded when i bought my car. GM financial helped me through the process and took the time to explain the issues. However, they do not refinance their loans, which isn't good consumer practice.

High interest, customer service representatives are friendly but completely useless in making any kind of changes or updates to your account
