Their customer service is poor and their ease of access is terrible. I was paying monthly for a loan and they didn't notify me it was the incorrect amount until they sent it to collections. I was able to pay the correct amount if I was made aware of it, but they never told me even when making the payment in person.

AFCU is overall non-communicative and when reached then offensive. I will never do business with them again. Their customer service is lacking and uninformed.
