The price is good,. But customer service is very bad and impolite. Will you allow me (Dinkar) in US to change the itinerary for my wife (Usha when she is in India if required? Simple question, but hard to get answer. I could have easily have chosen a different travel agent who would let me do this.

It was confusing in terms of airlines because the airline didn't send a confirmation email. So, I think it would be best if both student universe and the airline would send an email confirming.

I liked the pricing but some delta flights that would pop up, when selected, would say oops then disappear from the search. They weren't available in the first place but student universe popped them up anyway.

Quick response and confirmation of booking . A reasonable price. I like that I could use the different codes to check booked flight. I am still waiting for information on confirmation of seating and allowed pieces of luggage( I believe it's economy so for now it may be the standard allowances). Overall a good experience so far.

I like the idea, the deals and definitely the smooth navigation. However, it was really hard for me to see which ticket option included additional baggage and that would be a nice add on (maybe to be written in the Details section if possible). Otherwise I'm extremely pleased.

The flights are much cheaper than the actual prices on the airline site, especially British Airways. I was looking for a flight to Boston at a reasonable price but due to the fall season all airlines fares were off the roof. Studentuniverse ticket fares were a great relief to me

Flyus did a bait and switch with their price for the Turkish Airlines flight to Saudi the same day. It displayed as $1500 but jumped up to $2200 when I went to pay. I was happy to find a better price for a British Airways through Student Universe and not get a surprise price change.

Phone Service was good But the website is unclear about eligibility. Unsure if you’re older than 26 and not a student if you can make a booking through your agency or not. Tickets are thousands of dollars, and it’s tricky to book if we are unsure if we are denied a seat when we go to the airport to fly.
