Hi Randall,

We’re truly sorry for your frustration and understand how disappointing this experience has been. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Our customer service team has been in contact with you to address your queries, and we understand where you are coming from when waiting for a vital part that needs replacement. As a small family business, we are working diligently to keep up with the demand for parts and models. Uncontrollable factors like shipping can sometimes add to the wait time and is out of our scope.

Our goal is to ensure every customer has a great experience with our products, and we’d love the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to our support team at support@rydertoys.com with your order details, and we’ll do everything we can to find a solution for you.

Your feedback helps us improve, and we genuinely appreciate the chance to assist you.
