I purchased almost a year ago, steering motor failed day 2. they sent me the wrong replacement part, then ignored me. I've tried all over to find the part but everything is just a little bit off. WASTE of 1000 bucks and 40 plus hours trying to fix it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Please learn from my mistake.

Horrible company! We bought a $900 atv from here for it to blow up after three months, We kept reaching out to customer service to order replacement motors and they were not helpful and kept saying 3 to 4 weeks, they have been saying this for 4 months now! So basically we wasted $900.00 . Don't shop here.

Been waiting for a replacement steering wheel for weeks, was under warranty. Even purchased one because of the wait! Still waiting on both 2 weeks later. I’m 63 years old and my grandson can’t ride his Jeep for weeks now. The poorest customer service I have ever encountered in my life! Excuses, excuses!!! Can someone out help???

Toy broke within a week. Ryder Toys has been promising to replace the part for 3 months now. Keeps saying it will be shipped in two weeks. I've got that same response multiple times now with no replacement part.
