Match sent me an online questionnaire so I could comment about their services. When I shared my thoughts about their flaws, (I basically commented about their non-sense, WOKE CENSORSHIP) they blocked my account, without any explanation, when they still OWED ME TWO MONTHS SERVICE.

Horrible customer service. Someone hijacked my account and stole my identity and I cant get Match to respond to my written complaints. Also, they do not have a valid customer service department. You literally can not call anyone at Match on the phone to tell them someone has committed fraud.

Worst of the worst, they own over 12 other sites and all linked, same matches and set up. Fake profiles and if u file a complaint you will have hardly no matches and a scam of fake profiles with their other sites as well. Low darn Spark and Match affiliated companies are nothing but crooks.

Horrible site and customer service. I've been signed up for approximately 4 days, unable to access my paid subscription. I tried calling the 800 number, email and chat support to no avail. They refuse to give me a refund, having paid 6 months in advance. Save your self time and money and don't fall for a scam site like Match.

I have been using match off and on for YEARS! They have gone so very downhill, I will never go back. I can't even begin to list the countless issues that I have had! Stay away. I can tell you that I switched to Zoosk and they do have technical issues but the amount of potential suitors is very large compared to match. It is like night and day!!!

The site is a rip-off. Your paid membership does not allow you to look at who likes you. The one-month membership is $45 but you have to subscribe to a 3-month membership for an additional $110 to see who likes you. What is the point of the $45 membership? It's a complete rip-off.

Total ripoff! It says you cancel at any time, but you can't. They keep making the automatic withdrawals on your credit card. I kept posting pictures for my profile, but they kept rejecting them, so no one could message me. You'll be sorry if you register with this site.

Even after deactivating the auto-renewal on their website, they charged my credit card automatically anyway. I called them the next day demanding a refund (I had not used the site in a month). I was told they would only agree to a partial refund. Contacted my bank and disputed the charge. These people are deceptive and fraudulent.

It was more interactive than sites, such as tinder, but I prefer other dating apps due to the popularity and variety of possible matches. Other apps also allow me to match with more people without having to wait or upgrade.

Match was okay for me. Matched with a few people, but never found any connections. It was pretty expensive for what it offered. I quit paying and using match after I found some other online dating apps that were free that offered just as much as Match offered. I wasn’t very impressed with it.

After many disturbing photos ( warning, the majority of men on this website after the age of 30 are extremely alarming) and unsuccessful matches I decide to cancel the account. However, it took forever for me to get them off of my mailing list and delete my account.
