Simple Loan Application Process

All Credit9 loans are made available by Cross River Bank. Loan amounts range from $2,500 to $45,000 with loan terms ranging from two to five years. Lower Maximum Loan Amount

Credit9 offers loans up to a maximum amount of $45,000. Compared to some other lenders, this is a considerably low maximum amount — some lenders will provide loans up to $100,000. Thus, if you need a larger loan, you will need to research other lender options.

Lenders will typically require a borrower to have a high credit score and a stable financial situation to provide a loan as high as $100,000; it isn’t necessarily an option that will be available to all borrowers, especially at a low rate.

I have absolutely no regrets! Of course it was a bit scary at first and all seemed too good to be true. But Taras and the team quickly assured me that they’d be there every step…and all the tools to help me along! Everything was so transparent!! Super grateful! I made tge jump back in early 2023, immediately plummeted to 450! But I stayed on course and am a solid 720 but still on the up trend! Before credit9’s opportunity, I was paying all my bills but it was like treading water never getting anywhere! Highly recommend

Got a Credit9 Loan via Americor's process. I was told the loan wouldn't raise my payment amounts from what it was with Americor, and that this would allow me additional financial freedom such as other loans. Well the Credit9 loan raised my payments by $100/month, and they didn't even pay the full amount to consolidate my loans! 8 months after I get this loan, I find out that my credit card debt (that was supposed to be settled by Credit9) wasn't fully paid off and so the credit bureaus basically had me reported with DOUBLE my debt because of this!! During one of my several phone calls back and forth, the Credit9 representative was blatantly lying to me and telling me that they had made the full payment to my Chase debt, even though I had just confirmed the opposite. Additionally, the Credit9 loan that I was essentially forced into (if I wanted to continue with my life) was over 25% interest!!

I did not understand that the loan was over 27% on interest. I had paid over 8000 dollars for the first year, and the total went down by minimal. I hope that everyone understands what you all are signing. They are taking advantage of people who get in debt. I was paying 800$ a month, 400 every two weeks. It was going to be for over 7 years.

Not really happy about this whole deal. I was not late on any bills and was having no problem paying them. I kind of got fast talked into it and all I ended up with was an expensive loan and bad credit. My fault for being stupid. Now I have to pay this loan back and can't really use my credit to even rent an apartment.

NEVVVVERRRRRRRR use this company ever. They will take your money and screw you over. They will charge you a 26% interest rate, they dont care about you. The WORST customer service. They told me my 3 accounts were setttled, sent me the contract to sign. I sign it and they bumped up my payments by another $280. A year later im being sued by american express because the debt was never settled. Credit9 lied to me, Had me sign a contract knowing it was not settled and then bumped up my payments to put more money in their pockets. Good luck speaking to anyone with english as a first language. Do yourself a favor get a debt lawyer and have them handle your debt. This company is an absolute dumpster fire and i would never recommend this company to anyone

This company Credit9 needs to get it's act together,they never let you talk with a supervisor and they have too many people working on your account which makes for a lot of confusion and they don't provide any type of receipts when they settle with a creditor,I started with Credit9 last November 2023, in the end I end up filing Bankruptcy because Credit9 wasn't doing there job, I don't recommend anyone using Credit9 they have Terrible customer service,my loan was for a little over $18,000 and with their high interest rate for 5 years I would've end up paying over $32,000 which is crazy,they are supposed to be in the business to help people not get rich off of customers poor decision making that put me this situation please stay away from this company unless you like a lot of drama and confusion

Terrible. Don’t do it! They started charging me interest on March 7th but didn’t pay off my creditors until the end of the month. My largest creditor had to be paid off by March 31st. After calling them daily for weeks about where my money was with different excuses each time, they finally gave me the $7k right before it was due. For this same creditor, I had to negotiate the debt myself because they wouldn’t work with the debt negotiators, but credit9 still added a negotiation fee on my loan. Now I’m paying almost $600 a month to pay them off and only $170 is going to principal. Just don’t do it!

I regret going through credit 9/americor. It ruined my credit score and I ended up in more debt because they had me stop payments on my credit cards which accumulated late fees and interest. They only ended up getting me a loan to help pay for half of one of the credit cards and the other card ended up going to collections because they don't work with Wells Fargo.

Wanted to get out of the 25.99 % interest on my credit cards so went the route of debt consolidation. Only to tank my credit score, and get charge 25.99% interest with them. Thankfully I was able to pay it off because it would’ve left me with 22,000 in interest alone: how they think they are helping anyone. Beyond me. And I’m still fighting to get my 300$ back that they took from my account but told me they have no record of that. Even though I sent them my bank statement. Would not recommend or trust.

Used Americor to get help with credit cards that I used to pay off quite a few unexpected medical bills and was forced to use Credit 9. They charged me an exuberantly high interest (higher than the credit cards even were) and have blatantly lied multiple times when I’ve called in asking for help. They take advantage of people and kick them while they’re down. They also paid me off with an Amazon gift card if I left them a 5 star review on another platform. Dirty dirty company

Americor was my start point. After ruining my credit and making me deal with multiple lawsuits and settlements, they gave me less than 48hours notice to sign into a. Agreement with Credit9. Credut8 was happy to give me a loan with a huge percentage rate, a huge payment, and terrible customer service. I made them aware that the date they wanted to pull the automatic draw was not going to work for me. I put in a written request through the app. Funny, they never got it, over drew my account. Customer service rep was super rude and after all that, I never got to speak to a manager, nothing got resolved, I was promised a call back yesterday night…and still nothing. Plus, the lousy credut9 app won’t work and all of my Americor info is suddenly gone. Wtf? Huge mistake! Don’t do any deals with Americor or Credit9.

Credit9 overall, does what they say. However, I feel that the service they provide, in junction with AmeriCore, is a scam within these two entities. I asked for AmeriCores help in April 2023 with my financial difficulties. I paid them well to help reduce my debt, but when it came to my biggest debtor, AmeriCore failed to help me with my debt. Instead, they let it go to the lawyers, increased debt $8000 more than what could have been negotiated, and then turned my debt over to Credot9, who were more than happy to increase my debt even more by adding a 28% financing charge to my approval. Yes they approved me, more than happy to finance me but put me right back in debt. I had to settle, and not happy with the way this all came about….and I might add, my help started out with Credit9, then forwarded to AmeriCore.
