It was an easy experience and I received a lot of assistance getting my Americor account established yet when it came to Credit9 approval 6 months later I tended to have difficulties and also need difficulty getting a hold of my Rep from either Americor or Cr3edit9 to get the answers I was seeking. When it came to Aleksey contacting me I was a little apprehensive due to my previous experience. I would rate my overall experience very good. The only confusion I had was when one of my creditors had to be negotiated and I didn't understand so late in the game why my payments at the time did not reflect. So to me, the communication was lost. Now on the good side, once that agreement was agreed the simplicity to also incorporate Credit9 who then loans for 100% payoff with obviously large negotiated sum to be paid was seemless.

NEVVVVERRRRRRRR use this company ever. They will take your money and screw you over. They will charge you a 26% interest rate, they dont care about you. The WORST customer service. They told me my 3 accounts were setttled, sent me the contract to sign. I sign it and they bumped up my payments by another $280. A year later im being sued by american express because the debt was never settled. Credit9 lied to me, Had me sign a contract knowing it was not settled and then bumped up my payments to put more money in their pockets. Good luck speaking to anyone with english as a first language. Do yourself a favor get a debt lawyer and have them handle your debt. This company is an absolute dumpster fire and i would never recommend this company to anyone

I was with Americor in my 5th year of paying off debt. Credit9 is an extension of Americor. The only reason I agreed to credit9 is because Americor was not going negociate my last card unless I did. These companies are used in conjunction to make money off the interest of the loans. I was quoted a certain term, payment, and finance charge when they were trying to omboard me which quickly changed once they finally got me to agree to the program. I'm doing this because I have come to far to stop now.

Credit9 was only interested in them benefiting at my expense and extended time with fee's and interest meant to stalemate your progress. Any savings they negotiated went for their benefit, since with the interest and fees paid every month my total debt increased more than what it amounted to before I began consolidation.

This company Credit9 needs to get it's act together,they never let you talk with a supervisor and they have too many people working on your account which makes for a lot of confusion and they don't provide any type of receipts when they settle with a creditor,I started with Credit9 last November 2023, in the end I end up filing Bankruptcy because Credit9 wasn't doing there job, I don't recommend anyone using Credit9 they have Terrible customer service,my loan was for a little over $18,000 and with their high interest rate for 5 years I would've end up paying over $32,000 which is crazy,they are supposed to be in the business to help people not get rich off of customers poor decision making that put me this situation please stay away from this company unless you like a lot of drama and confusion

Terrible. Don’t do it! They started charging me interest on March 7th but didn’t pay off my creditors until the end of the month. My largest creditor had to be paid off by March 31st. After calling them daily for weeks about where my money was with different excuses each time, they finally gave me the $7k right before it was due. For this same creditor, I had to negotiate the debt myself because they wouldn’t work with the debt negotiators, but credit9 still added a negotiation fee on my loan. Now I’m paying almost $600 a month to pay them off and only $170 is going to principal. Just don’t do it!
