Turo is not customer centric. They charged me with $300 for wear and tear on the tire rim that was not caused during my trip and refused to hear me out. The car owner also did not talk to me about it. Will avoid at all costs till they figure out a way to keep the customer front and center.

Terrible insurance. If anything happens to the car they will pay. Take pics an pray. They don't call, they send you straight to collections. They will take the persons that gives you the car side before yours. they're after your $$. If anything happens to the car you will pay. Im sure they will be out of business soon.

This service was terrible - the system is definitely not "ready for prime time" :-( Absolutely NO help or assistance for this first time user, and the vehicle's owner is completely refusing to assist as well - STAY AWAY FROM TURO - it is NOT like an Uber or Lyft for rental vehicles (as we had heard).

Running a vehicle for memorial day for $60. Touro charged me $240. Which left me with no money on memorial day weekend. Thank you Turo. When trying to find out why I have these charges. Customer service told me we don’t see that charge. I don’t know. Poor poor poor customer service

If I could put 0 stars I would. The driver of my car got into an accident that was costing 1,700 to repair. Turo said they will only pay me 300 and the rest I should cover out of pocket and they asked him to pay them 500. So they are making a profit out of the accident?? Their insurance doesn’t cover anything. It’s a complete fraud

I rented a car that offered free delivery to my location. When they where not able to deliver I was told to driver 20 minutes to pick it up.. I did not have the time to so do so. They charged me a more then half the 80$ cancellation fee on a car that rented for 32 dollars a day. I was a loyal customer. NEVER EVER AGAIN

I never got my deposit back and I took care of everything I was supposed too car was back on time . Will never use this company ever again, you can’t even get into contact with anyone from Turo bc they are crooks. And plan on keeping your money it’s been over 2 months and I can evn log in anymore crooks I tell you !

I had the most negative experience with this company. I was one hour late dropping off the car and Turo charge me a $75 late fee. Chatted with a representative and she accused me of trying to keep the car for free. I will not use this app again and am going to warn others against it. I have never been spoken to that way by a customer service rep.

Turo are a misleading service that messed me around for an entire morning and refused me access to their system and told me to reapply after 3-6 months. Absolutely a sham service. If you value good honest service don't go near these creeps. Their treatment of non-USA citizens is appalling and discriminatory.

Our reservation was cancelled 2 days before we were to fly into San Diego which caused us to have to rent a car from a local car rental company that charged an exorbitant amount because it was a holiday. I made an appointment to speak with someone from Turo and they cancelled that call as well. I would not trust my vacation with this service.

Cannot believe you penalized me for ‘late return’ of an hour over even though the owner and I coordinated this and they had no problem with it. Picking my picket over a technicality... negates the small amount of savings. I’ll be sticking with enterprise from now on.
