Customer service is bad especially if you are unhappy. Brow pencil has stained my skin orange and no change after 3 weeks of not using the product and trying every bleaching method to remove the stains. Also very sneaky to always have 5 star reviews up first making the user search for issues with a product.

I am sorry I fell for the ad on Facebook. I have very sparse and slow growing eyelashes. This product does not extend eyelashes it makes them look separate not full. I would not recommend.

The mascara goes on clumpy and flakes off very quickly, giving you raccoon eyes. But this is not the worst of my problems. Their ads have hijacked my phone. I cannot check email, read a blog post or read my morning devotional with constant interruptions of their ads! So terribly annoying!!!!

I got the thrive lash extension mascara for Xmas and I do have sensitive eyes but this was ridiculous! They swelled up and clumped on flakes on to wash cloth while removing but worst of all the next morning I had a oozing going on and my lids look I’ve beem crying for a week straight

I had such high hopes for this mascara but it did not deliver. Clumps of mascara on the ends of lashes, second coat makes it worse. I wish I knew the secret from those who say this mascara is great. Any tips would be appreciated. I really want this to work.

well, I got this mascara because I have read the informational, but is not true! my eyelashes are ok size with the mascara I have used for a long time gives me volume and I thought this one was going to be better but not good is horrible is heavy and make my lashes look like I sleep with my make up on :( so sad very disappointed never again!!!!

I bought the Thrive Causemetics semi permanent eyeliner. I was so excited! Don’t waste your money. It didn’t even last for 2 hours. $7.00 dollar Revlon lasts longer. I'm very, very disappointed.

Their return policy is horrible you can't go direct I waited on their 1-800 number was left with NOTHING but an EMAIL telling me someone would get back in, GET THIS, 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS!!!!! That's just to talk, nothing about ordering numbers! I love their product, but if anyone needs a return get ready for a long process!

I returned this so called extension mascara after less than a day. It does not compare to Rimmel’s Lash Accelerator with an inexpensive primer under it! To make matters worse they never even refunded my money! No wonder they give to other women since they steal from women to do so! Liars and thieves!!

I purchased 3 lipsticks and 2 lip liners. 2 of the lipstick colors look exactly the same but have different names. I have never had to keep re- applying lipstick as much as necessary with this product. Does not last 1 hour even. So disappointed!!! Waste of money. NEVER PURCHASE These lipsticks, rip-off.

I bought the mascara and it looked great after 3 coats. 2 hours later it all pulled off in a solid chunk on my right eye. I didn't use lotion or sweat or cry.. nothing.. I went to return it and they only give you a store credit or a fraction of what you pay. Learn from my mistake

I kept seeing the Thrive ads pop up and decided to try the mascara. It didn't work well for me. I have been a Lancome Definicils user for all my adult life and am returning to that mascara. The Thrive faked, fakes got in my eyes and I wear contacts. Not so good, plus I get a greater impact from Lancome.

I want to tell everyone that the reason the actual Thrive Causemetics Website has such great reviews is because they won't "approve" the review if you write a negative one. I just tried writing a tasteful but negative review and it hasn't posted. I ordered the mascara and eyeliner and never got the items!

I was really excited to try the products! When I did, the eyebrow pencil broke on the first try!! The mascara made my eyes burn all day and when I washed it off, my eyelashes came with it!!! I emailed the company immediately and asked for a refund and have not heard anything back yet. It has been about 3 days.

Good morning, I received my order on 3/08/18 and have to report how disappointed I am with the mascara. After trying twice, both on separate occasions, the mascara flaked off leaving a mess on my cheeks and without mascara. I contacted the company and to date, have not received a response.

I ordered the thrive Infinity Waterproof eyeliner which is supposed to be semi-permanent. It is not semi-permanent and the tip broke the first time I used it so not real impressed. I am truly disappointed as I was hoping I had found an eyeliner that was better that what I have used in the past.

I bought the big lipstick triple threat color stick, received today and unimpressed. The lipstick was gone after one drink of my coffee. Not only NOT long lasting but leaves a metal taste in my mouth. I would not buy again, especially the cost is outrageous. Check ingredients beforehand as well. I did not.

Hoping to finally find an eyeliner that does not run or smear. Thrive lost. I purchased two, one for my best friend and one for myself. We are both very disappointed that they run and smear jus like other brands. $44 plus shipping out the window. Very disappointed.

The eyeliner that they advertise will last all day DOES NOT! It is the worst eyeliner and it lasts about one hour you look like you have black eyes. The highlighting stick is no better! SAVE YOUR MONEY! They will only give you a refund if you mail back within 14 days. You pay for the shipping!

0 stars is generous - wish I could give it a negative rating. At $22 per eyeliner, the product shouldn't break or crumble when being gently (and normally) used. Wildly overpriced, not all that, and equal to any $5 drug store eyeliner I could have gotten in both quality and use. Never again will I be ripped off by this company.

The semipermanent eyeliner is a bunch of baloney. It's semiwaterproof. But it does rub off, smear, run and washes off without any effort. in fact it was totally gone by the time i wanted to wash it off anyway. There's nothing even 1% permanent about it. From the advertising you'd think it stays on for a few days.

I wish I had read these reviews before wasting $22 on this eyeline. I bought this specifically to line the inside rim of my eyes like they advertised and I cannot even get the color to transfer onto the rim. It's maddening to see how great it seems to work in their video, but in real life not so much. I'd like my $22 back.

I ordered the product and never heard from them. I asked for a shipping number and was giving a phony tracking number. I have opened a dispute with paypal, but so far nothing. I called the number and it went straight to voicemail. Very disappointed and wish I had google first!

I returned eye liners in November. Have NOT received a refund after several call!!!! The eyeliners did not work. I use Ester Lauder and was searching for another alternative but this is NOT the answer. I will keep calling and posting on Face Book until I receive my refund. This is TERRIBLE customer service!!!!

Thrive's $26 plus shipping cost lip gloss is terrible. Ads show deep, rich color & long wear. Color was light even after 2 coats & long lasting, after 2 hours without eating or drinking, the color was gone. Thrive solution, due 3 coats. At $30+ a bottle, no thanks.
