I’ve only tried the mascara and I can’t wear it all day it really affects my eyes like they are sore. It removes easily but looks like plastic pieces when you wash it off. It does make your lashes more noticeable.

I got on their email list because I was planning to try their mascara but after receiving daily emails and clicking unsubscribe with no success of stopping them and resorting to sending an email to customer service a week ago, but still receiving DAILY emails I would never consider trying them. My next move is to block their emails but I gave them some time before doing so just to see if they would acknowledge my request. No such luck.

The Liquid Lash Extension Masacara is the worst mascara I have ever used. It clumps upon application then flakes and disappears a few hours later. And the worst thing about this company is that they delete all negative reviews from their website and Facebook page. It’s deceitful and unprofessional to not allow honest opinions if you are a company that allows reviews in the first place. Makes me wonder if they really do donate money to good causes as they state they do.

I bought the liquid lash extension mascara based on the rave reviews I read on Thrive Causemetics' website. I am extremely disappointed. It is dry and clumps up, and leaves little black specks on the cheeks, which are hard to brush off. Definitely would not recommend the mascara. I haven't tried any of Thrive's other products.

I got my product but the lipstick does not stay on like it claims. Mine came off within a hour. Very disappointed. Spent 96 dollars all together hope the other products work better then the lipstick. Pretty color tho, but don't last.

I order the triple threat color stick in rose. The wrong color was shipped. I finally got a hold of customer service representative after three attempts and a long, lingering hold. I gave my order number to the CS rep and she pulled up the incorrect order. I explained that I received the wrong item. She told me I had order the shimmering red. The shimmering red color stick is for women of color. I am fair skinned with blonde hair. I know what I ordered!

Just a word of caution, don't use Thrive Causemetics. They had such great reviews yet their products are terrible. I now know why. When I tried to submit a review, they blocked me from commenting on their website and Facebook page. There is no place I can leave a review. So of course they have high review ratings, since they delete the bad ones!! Super slimy. Their products are way over priced for the quality.

I bought their eyeliner that is amazing, so I was very happy, but I bought a lipstick as well that broke on after only using it twice. I also wrote 2 reviews about this online and haven't been offered a refund or a new lipstick to be sent to me. Additionally, both of my reviews have been DELETED from the website.

I bought the eyeliner pencil that is supposed to be semi permanent lasting 24 hours. Not even close. Black under my eyes within 2 hours. I followed the instructions to the letter. The second time I even used a primer that I had to see if it would help. The line it draws is not smooth, it is clumpy. You cannot control the width of the line either. I will stick to my cake eyeliner that does last all day. This product is crap.

DO NOT BUY! Hands down the worse mascara I’ve ever used. They say it doesn’t clump. That is complete crap. It’s a sticky clump mess that makes you look like you have three eye lashes. For what they charge it’s a complete joke. Walmart brands are ten times better. Don’t waste your money people. Stick, clumpy, elastics, mess you can’t fix once it’s applied. You’ll have to wipe it off and try over and over.

I purchased their mascara that promised the lengthen my lashes. It came to me and seemed to be an old product. The mascara came out odd and went on in clumps. It always went on blue and didn’t change to black. I tried to work with their customer service but after three emails with several weeks between each response from the company, they told me that I was too late to return my product! Absolutely disgusted with them and their product. I would absolutely not buy anything from them ever again.

I'm in the same boat with all the other negative reviewers... I submitted a review on their website and it was never posted. The mascara was not good. I fell for the hype with all the Facebook advertising, and apparently many others did too. Stay away from this company. Stick with cosmetics you already love, and then donate to a cause separately. Trust me. Glad I found somewhere to share an honest negative review.

I ordered the mascara and after seeing so many great reviews, I thought I had found something amazing. It was super clump and broke off my real lashes. I was in horror! I didn't expect that. I contacted them and am now having a hard time returning this mascara. They also took off the negative but honest comment I left on their Facebook page. That's really shifty business. And skews the impression of their products to new buyers.

Recently purchased their "Infinity waterproof eyeliner" - pulled and pulled to get it to apply and it wiped off with my finger later in the day. Not smooth and extremely pricey. I've had eyeliners from drug stores at less than half that are twice, if not three times better at application and truly waterproof. 2 lipsticks ordered and they're not even as good as dime store. They have a great premise in their "cause" but their causemetics aren't worth it I am sad to say.......

I would give a zero if I could. I bought two mascaras, one for each of my daughters, for Christmas. This pricey mascara was worse than any dimestore brand, and I have had to use eye drops for my burning eyes ever since I sampled it. I contacted the company and was informed that I was outside the 60 day window for returns. Lessons learned: (1) Do not shop with this company, and (2) Do not buy cosmetics as Christmas gifts until mid-December.

ordered the infinity waterproof eyeliner. really, really wanted this to work. nope...went away with an hour or so. i called and they said put some primer beneath your eye b4 and let it dry and do the eye liner 2x. well...nada. same result. very disappointed and returned and, of course, they took off shipping so i'm out that for absolutely nothing! argh! i do just as well (bad) with a regular walgreens eyeliner/pencil not a $25 one!

I'd avoid like the plague, considering how their mascara just DESTROYED my eyelashes. OMG. Today, I got the Liquid Lash Extensions Mascara I'd ordered. Put it on. Nothing impressive, pretty clumpy, but figured oh well. Just gently took it off my eye makeup remover. And A QUARTER OF MY EYELASH LENGTH BROKE OFF. 1/4 OF MY LASHES. 1/4. OH MY GOD.

Honestly the product is TERRIBLE! I wanted to like it because of the cause but I mean I can't support a company that spams you with advertising and the product is worst then dollar store makeup. Just trust me and save your money so you don't get stuck buying this garbage product as well! They also delete reviews on their website. I gave them a 1 star and my review doesn't show up.... obviously a shady business that tries to get money by "supporting cancer patients" and giving crappy products

I ordered the lip stain and the gloss finish that goes with it. The site mentions that it stays on ALL DAY even after eating. I put the stain on and wait 3 minutes to put the gloss on (which is not suppose to e sticky, but it definitely IS), have a yogurt for breakfast and go look in the mirror. Now it's very light (I ordered a deep color). Once lunch is over nothing was left on. Waste of money!

I have never been able to keep pencil on my eyebrows. I was so excited to find a product that is "semi-permanent". I bought a brow pencil and an eyeliner.....so excited!!! Neither works any better than the cheapest drugstore makeup. I submitted a review on their website. It never showed up. I left another one. It never showed up. The only post positive review. Really sleazy.

The eyeliner is falsely advertised! It is terrible quality, not any better than a $5 drugstore brand. The website will only post positive reviews on their site. I have tried to leave realistic feedback and they will not post it. They also use their review section for customer questions inflating their scores. Do not pay for their wildly overpriced product!

While the eyeliners I ordered were OK in quality, I received another 2 eyeliners about a month after I ordered about 6 in different colors. This is a a recurring order scheme being used by so many businesses now. Who completely uses up SIX eyeliners in a month? I received 2 eyeliners about a month later billed at $47.74...for TWO eyeliner pencils I didn't order. I am returning them but must pay for my own postage. Lame business practices.

I recently purchased Infinity waterproof eyeliner chocolate brown. The item is very ordinary. Does not stay on long at all. My eyes watered after using it.... trying to contact their customer service at the exact address that they provided... when I try to email them it says it's not a good address to email to. Very disappointed would not recommend this product at all. At this point I feel ripped off. I will try to mail the item back and ask for refund and hope that they will do so. I will definitely update on the status of that situation as well.

Ordered on may 10th, received email with a tracking number saying delivery Saturday 13th, never received order, tracking number seems to be false, have sent 2 emails to Thrive but no answer. Think that it's a complete scam! Unfortunately payed via PayPal and now have to try and get money back. No phone number for Thrive which should have been a red flag!

Thrive doesn't tell you that you, the buyer, is responsible for return fees if you want a refund. I think they should post return fee is buyer responsibility BEFORE the purchase is made. All it says is Easy Returns. The semi-permanent waterproof eyeliner does not work any better than the popular brands for 1/3 the cost

I would have given the product a 6 if it were just a matter of false advertising. That's because it's a decent day-long eyeliner and brow liner. However, neither one is semi-permanent, and the eyeliner will smudge and wash off with watery eyes. The reason for the rating of 1 is that I left reviews on both products on their website and they were not published. Thrive Causemetics only publishes five-star reviews. Beware!

I am 64 years old and have watery allergic eyes. I NEVER order cosmetics or facial creams on the Internet. The eyeliner sounded so intriguing I had to give it a try. I tried it on a day that was very windy and my eyes were watery. The matte brown eyeliner was gone in about 10 minutes. I suspected this would happen but there's a sucker born every minute! Save your money!

I waited over 2 months for the waterproof eyeliner and had to contact the company to ask where my order was even though i could order the product they were not shipping my order for another 5-7 days they finally shipped my order after insisting they send it now I finally get it and the liner doesnt stay on for an hour Horrible product and customer service doesnt care

I spent $48 on a glossy lip mark and an eyeliner.. Both stated they were long lasting. Within 2 hrs the lip mark, though my lips still felt wet, the color was gone. The eyeliner was gone on one eye. I am 63 yrs old and have worn lipstick and eyeliner all my life... I am very disappointed that I spent so much money and got so little in return.. Don't bother spending the $$, by Cover girl, or Maybelline...

I have a problem with the service. The eyeliner I bought is not waterproof as claimed, yet ALL reviews on the sight give it 5 out of 5 stars. How is that possible? Also, there is NO phone number anywhere to ask about returns, and no receipt was included with the shipment.

This company is a total scam. They cut the amount of product in half and continue to charge the same. Overnight sensation mask is now only 1.7 ounces and still charging $30+ for it. Absurd. Then charge another $5 to send it back because you realize you just got scammed.

I was highly disappointed to realize that the much hyped moisturizer only has product in the top 1/2 inch of the jar and the rest is just packaging designed to appear that there was a full jar of product (about 3 inches). I posted this negative review on the Thrive website and it has not been posted which is disappointing.

"Tiktok made me buy it"...I bought the mascara, the brush is very hard and it hurts when applying. The quality is poor and no fake lashes effect at all. The Eye Brightener is so fade you can barely see it The (lip/cheek) color is the only item that met my expectations. Disappointed for sure :(

My eyelashes are ruined after using the thrive mascara. Instead of helping my eyelashes they are half as long as they used to be, I am hoping I can get them back . I had it on automatic so got a tube every 2 months, will be throwing it all away. Please heed this and don’t purchase this mascara !!

BEWARE: Mascara is terrible and expensive. It clumps and flakes off by midday, and burned my eyes. I tried to return it (they charge you $5 to do this), but my return can't be processed with the order number they gave me. Terrible customer service; sort of an "oh well too bad" attitude. The liner is crap! It will not stick to the water line, even when I tried drying my water line, and the gal in the video on the site cannot keep her eyes open for the required 10 (or was it more?) seconds, she blinked at 3 seconds. It just doesn't work. Total waste of money. If I could give it minus stars, I would!

I would do zero stars on this if it were possible. Bought the liquid lash extensions mascara. Have used many kinds before and this did not even work as well as the cheap max factor from target. I am returning...after paying shipping as well as a five dollar " handling fee". Never will buy from this bogus company again. Misleading money grabbers.

Can’t believe these products are double the price from Amazon. I wouldn’t order the mascara based on all the negative reviews. Who wants there eyelashes to fall out? I am curious about the highlighting stick. If it works as they say. One I won’t pay double the price to Amazon, and two I don’t want to wait that long to receive an item.
