Once you place an order, they make it impossible to change it or cancel it. Virtually no customer service. They list a phone which is not answered. Their practices are very deceptive. Not worth it in my opinion.

I just purchased a Fendi belt which is clearly fake. Their authentication process is obviously flawed, if it exists at all. DO NOT BUY anything you are not prepared to lose your money on. They are deserving of ZERO STARS
