If you are familiar with a REAL Authentic Rolex then I suggest you laugh at half of the pictures of the Rolex watches this website sells. Authentic Rolex ladies gold President does NOT have pinholes on the side for the band. The only insignia on the crown is the Rolex crown. NOT a + sign and Rolex datejust. Do not overpay , all Rolex watches are serviced by Authentic Dealers and will have a record of last service date and all have a Unique serial number. Do NOT get ripped-off.

I sent The Real Real a Balenciaga Motocross Giant 12 iPad Case which I originally purchased at Barneys for over $400 several years ago. I shipped it in November of 2016 in perfect condition, and they JUST NOW SOLD IT on April 6th!! They listed it originally at $175, but said they would never go below 50% off. Instead they sold it for $75 (over 50% off), leaving me with a measly $42.63 commission! I could have done better selling it on Craig's List or Ebay! I HIGHLY do not recommend using The Real Real. It was a waste of my time and money!!!

I bought chanel booties only to discover they were very very obvious fakes..... they agreed, returned them and..... then put them back up on the site..... but..... when I approached them and said hey... it's back up you said it was a fake... what's going on.... they said... no way.. and gave me a canned reaponse. They have 10 more pairs just like them up there all for over $300!!

Returned a pair of shoes because they where described incorrectly. I sent them back with other items which I got a full refund for but the realreal is stating they know nothing about the shoes. Very poor customer service. They do not want to help or fix their mistake. If you return an item good luck with getting your money back. Unethical company. Its unfortunately that this had to happen where I was a good customer and I will not be buying again from them. Buyer beware.

DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE!!!! I purchased one bag here and it is clearly a fake. not only that, but it was described as "like new" but when I received it, the bag had missing stitching and scratches and a horrible smell. Within one week the leather on the bag began to wear off, as if someone had painted over damaged leather with some sort of marker. I have worn it less than a month and the leather straps are "chipping" - for lack of a better term. This is a total piece of garbage. Do NOT buy from these people.

Purchased a Marc jacobs bag- first time I ever bought used period- I read the description which. Ever mentioned a sharpie mark of the number 3 on inner flap Which can be seen. Contacted customer service only to be told it's not returnable because it was on sale. I certainly can not recommend this company. I have contacted my credit card and will let them deal with the "Real Real" I would caution strongly any one considering purchasing through this organization. I wish I had researched and read the reviews before spending a dime.

I would have otherwise been perfectly happy with the company and delivery however my dress arrived, with a HUGE hole in each pocket! They are unusable and this was definitely NOT advertised on the dress whatsoever with the dress condition described as "very good". I will spread the word amongst my friends to never use this company!! Whats more is I have emailed them asking to supply the cost of fixing the dress, but no response!! Terrible customer service!!!

I was gonna purchase two handbags from the company but once I went to checkout and purchase they handbags was priced differently than advertised. I contacted customer serviced through email asking why the prices went up.I was told to tell them what items I was referring to but as soon as I went back to my cart to check the items was removed from my cart and no longer available online.It was only one day that it was in my cart because I was waiting on feed back.

Have received a few fake items thru the years. Awful consignment process - inconsistent and won't even consign items that had been bought from them. Reasons given are 1) not on designer list (but bought from their site) or 2) excessive wear (bought from them and some never even used). Consignor relations person was nasty when asked questions. Was told they are not in the business of reselling used products - isn't that what they do?

I sold my item in August and was told by several customer service representatives, to make sure that all my information is correct, that I would be paid on October 15th, as per their policy. They then updated my account to read that the item was sold in October and that I would now be paid in November. Complete scam. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

I have filled a BBB complaint after they promised to give me the commission on a necklace that they lost after it was lost when it was returned. I have emails from them promising to pay me and now they are going back in their word. This on top of the fact that they take whipping commissions on your merchandise, they are shady!

I had a horrible experience. They did not show one of my items correctly and never did anything about it. You can never get a hold of customer service, they just send the same generic email that they're working to get the issue resolved but it never happened. Pricing on items and commission rates are ridiculous. They are not accurate.

Never sell your items with the real real, you receive pennies on the dollar for never worn items that are very expensive. My dress retailed over $300, never worn, and I received $1.40 in a check. It’s a joke, great money for them, no money for you. They should be sending out donation slips.

They kept decreasing the price and offered a 70% discount without ever asking me. Funny that they took their extra 30% off after. Purse listed since February 2022. When they first started it was worth selling high end items I no longer wanted. Now they keep so much I will not consign with them anymore. I got around .10 cents on the dollar for items that costs in excess of $3000 originally. Done with them.

Horrible deceit!!!! They told me I am an icon and would earn 60% from now on. Here is an example of their work: I had a silk Dolce and Gabana blouse with tags around $1,000. Yes, one thousand. They gave me 30% of their ridiculously low price which gave me $23 for that blouse. NEVER CONSIGN WITH THEM.

Just horrible. The description doesn't match most of the time. The clothes is in much worse condition, sometimes its damaged so much I cant believe they are even selling it. Once I bought a very expensive dress that was described as Prada and I got Milly dress instead. Their customer service is a joke.

I sold a pair of Louis Vuitton boots in perfect conditions, that is still on the Louis Vuitton website as of today at 1660$. They sold it for 600$ and applied a 20% discount the same day it was posted. My boots were sold and I got only 327$ for it. I was chocked and would never sell anything with them again.

The promise you site credit and high consignment prices, they never follow thru. their fine print always has a reason for no site credit to sellers and their promotions liwer the priceif your goods that you end up with maybe $13 on a $200 item. total rip iff. DO NOT consign with this company They give you an estimate and ship your items to New Jersey - where they will loose some them! Then they start selling items at LOWER prices than agreed to and get next to nothing. HORRIBLE customer service. No live people by phone. I WAS RIPPED OFF! AWFUL!~

They don't always correctly identify the value of a product, It's a case study in apathetic customer service. Sale commissions are low and vary based on their whim. Their advertising is misleading. You can sell other places for less. I will never sell there again.

The RealReal staff members steal reserved items from online customers' shopping cards. On February 7th, around 6:07pm, I added item # LOR104329 to my card; about 1-2 minutes later, the item was removed from my card without my authorization by a RealReal staff member and sold to someone else.

I received my merchandise quickly. However, when I had to return boots, I did not receive my refund of over $450.00. They keep saying they are in “authentification review” but I find it hard to believe it takes 2 months. I have heard many similar stories from those that have consigned and not received their product back or it was damaged.

Feels like this company is scam. They are making commission on two sells of the same item. I dont recommend doing business with them.

Very disappointed with the items arrived. Description of the products did not equate to an actual condition state of the item, which totally was falsified, untrue and mislead me. Because of this, I lost money. Terrible! Suggestion: please verify the quality before you state “great condition” FRAUD!
