I told them to shut down my account and they continue to harass me with email blitz. this site has no value and if you give them your info, you are screwed. I have emailed them every day asking them to close my account and they refuse . these are nasty opportunist. do not join this site!!!!!!@ you will be very sorry.

I have never experienced so many fake profiles until I joined this site. Absolutely amazing the number of fake profiles. I'm baffled why anyone would want to subscribe to Ourtime and if your'e chatting and messaging most likely your communicating with a computer. Someone interested in you have them call or better yet request their number. I guarantee most not all you'll never hear from. Don't waste a dime on this site. I GIVE A 1 STAR BECAUSE THERE'S NO LOWER OPTION.

Actual customer service and support is the worst! !!!!!!!!!!! Smart Phone APP.This company would be better off ran by a 10yr.old. All there endless paragraphs to solve problems are completely ridiculous. It's a complete waste of time. My account was hacked and Messages were sent to members. I learned this from a member who contacted me about a message he received. Our time sent me an email and immediately terminated my account. I sent several messages telling them my account was hacked and received no response. Very poor customer service!

You can only subscribe through Paypal, however paypal are holding back any monies to Ourtime as people are complaining that Ourtime are taking money from peoples accounts, paypal have had more than many complaints from other users.

I tried OurTime just to find out if it was legit I messaged over 100 women women I have a picture on my profile I'm not leading man handsome but not Quasimodo either lol I got zero responses which makes me think all the profiles are fake glad I only paid for one month also they make it very difficult to cancel automatic renewal

They don't listen to requirements. The contacts that they sent me did not come any where near my listed requirements. I've tried to cancel payments but it's a minefield. Our Time make it so difficult, you think you have unsubscribed & they continue to take payments. I've had to ask the bank to block future payments. Scam artists come to mind

Overall poor experience. Same matches are shown over and over on a loop, there seems to be no "matching" based on profiles more like random people. Lots of fake profiles and people looking for hookups. Non-existant customer service.

I don't know if our time is just incompetent or if ripping of customers is part of its business model. After I unsubscribed someone scammed my account and our time renewed my subscription without my permission. I contacted customer service and they couldn't have been less helpful.

To many scammers and fake profiles. My first 4 encounters were scammers. Some of these men looked awful. How do they expect to attract someone if they don’t put decent pictures. Also why put pictures of pets and scenery. Site very hard to navigate. Don’t waste your money.

No customer service.. no direction/instructions. When you hit delete, the one you want deleted doesn’t go away. No opportunity for distancing request (100 mile radius). Keep adding to “new” messages instead of just current listing. No place for ethnicity request.

I joined a few weeks ago. Turned off auto review. 70 percent or more are scammers. They send you matches from other states. If you do not pay for the boost i do not think you get viewed. This fee is for tokens. They are separate from the Membership. All about the monies. I would not recommend paying for this site.

Their customer service is non-existent. I have called and waited for one hour!!! And no one answered. I emailed them and I got no response. They are quick to charge your account. But when you need help...THEY WILL NOT BE THERE FOR YOU!!!. Don't bother with Our time, they are scammers

Zero Stars. A total scam! I lasted 3 days and couldn't shut it down fast enough. Do yourself a favor, flush $35.00 down the toilet, send yourself fake 500 emails (and 5 legit that match none of your "preferences"), and then spend several hours that you'll never get back, managing your now bombarded web mail.

Bad experience overall. Same matches day after day. Not sure if they were even true profiles! One such profile was a fraud and I only found out after days of messages back and forth. After a month no real communication with anyone ... not one single message? Very disappointed!

I had what I thought was a nice conversation going that suddenly was cut off. The app would no longer let me "send" my reply. Then whenever I tried to see the lady's profile I got a solicitation for an upgrade or a gift to her. No explanation. I can still see her under the solicitations so I don't think she blocked me. I am a paid up member.

Someone used my email address to set up a fake account on Ourtime, and I contacted them several times, but they wouldn't remove the fake account. I hope no one was taken advantage of because of this fake account.
