Complete scam. You sign up once, and then they will just keep taking your money without authorization, and there is no one to talk to so you have to just take it up with your bank.

Do not sign up for match.com. I tried a 3-month period. After many disturbing photos ( warning, the majority of men on this website after the age of 30 are extremely alarming) and unsuccessful matches I decide to cancel the account. However, it took forever for me to get them off of my mailing list and delete my account.
