So far I have purchased two things from this website, My spring field XDs which shipped in under 2 days and was at my FFL Dealer and in my holster the 3rd day. Then I purchased a Nikon ProStaff Nikoplex 3-9x40 rifle scope for my 30-06 haven't got it mounted and zero'd in yet but great shipping (5-Day Wait) and the emails they send you with the crazy deals just burn holes in your wallet. Great website to get even Better Deals on any firearm or accessory your looking for.

This is my second purchase from GRABAGUN; the first was the purchase of a SIG 238 Nitron at a price that couldn't be matched anywhere locally. The second was four OEM extended mags for that pistol. The pistol was sent to my FFL quickly; GRABAGUN actually had their license on file so it wasn't necessary to fax the FFL or anything else. I purchased the mags at a price lower than I could find anywhere else. This place has fantastic values for shooters.

First adventure into buying a gun online. Submitted my order on a Tuesday night , the FFL sent his info on Wednesday afternoon, the gun shipped Thursday morning, and was at my FFL by Friday afternoon. With the M&P Shield having a $75 rebate, I thought they might be backordered. Not so with Grabagun. Great deals, awesome service, flat rate shipping, and not additional costs for ordering with a card. Will order from Grabagun in the future and tell everyone I know that is looking to buy a gun to check out grabagun first.

They've improved, thankfully! So GrabaGun hasn't had the best reputation lately. Like most online stores, things go well 90% of the time, so customer service is irrelevant. As long as the price is right, all stores are fine in those cases. It's how stores deal with things when things don't go great that I care about. And in this case they took care of it. Somehow their store defaulted an inexistant address to my account. That address was a combination of a foreign billing address and the USA. That was a computer issue, which can happen. Since it was ammo it was going to be dropshipped so cancellation wasn't possible. I called them and once they started telling me that it was out of their hands, and that changing the address would cost a fee of 20-30$ (from the dropshipped), I was starting to get mad. However they promptly were able to cancel the order after I hung up, so I could place the order again. No fee was charged nor any amount withheld, and while I was nervous during the first hour, everything went fine. So I'm happy that they've taken note and improved their CS! Hopefully they keep it up.

GAG shipped my firearm on 4/25 and it arrived 4/26 in perfect condition...to KENTUCKY! Why can't everyone be this efficient? I had a small address problem on my end that needed to be corrected, and it took about five minutes with a customer service rep over the phone. I can't get my local water bill taken care of that fast! Truly a great experience, and it won't be my last with GAG!

I have both bought a handgun and won a monthly giveaway. I have had good service with both. I did have to pay about $25 transfer fee to my local FFL for them to handle their end of transaction. I recommend them on gun transactions. I’ve never bought ammo from them. I recommend them!

Customer service has been excellent anytime I’ve called. There was an issue with my order having to reship, (completely of my own fault) They were on top of everything and very courteous. I have heard great things. I purchased a 9mm Secure Ruger with the manufactured attached laser site. The site adjustments are absolutely stripped out and the laser warning sticker was absolutely illegible. I am not sure if this was a used firearm at this point? There is play in the trigger and barrel but that might be common I have not had a chance to find any 9mm models due to the stimulus. I was told Ruger is a month behind on all orders right now. The shipping was great the customer service was fast. No complaints other then the product appears to be used, defective at purchase, and / or poorly stored.

I used to work at a good size gun store where I had all kinds of discounts. Sometimes I could get "employee price " straight from manufacturer and it was much cheaper than store paid to distributors. One time I've purchased new revolver from Grabagun because it was over $130 cheaper from the price I was getting from distributors. Purchased Smith & Wesson Performance Center 629 2 5/8" barrel price was great shipping was short, but Smith & Wesson has to do a better job packaging their product! Brown paper was shredded in The flimsy plastic case it comes in, and there was some slight scratches! And it's a performance center firearm! Appears that a chimpanzee packaged it and threw it from Texas to New Jersey! Not grab a gun's problem. Probably will call Smith and Wesson and complain.

Very pleased with my experience with this store. I have yet to shoot the Glock 19 Gen 4 that I purchased (due to all the hoops one has to jump through in NY) but I'm sure it will be everything I'm looking for. There is a vast selection of firearms to review as well as plenty of detailed information pertaining to each one. The prices I thought were quite reasonable in comparison to other sellers. Also, I thought the delivery was just a bit long, but still acceptable overall. I would definitely consider this store again for future purchases.

As of now, I will but all of my guns through Grab A Gun. I only fired one clip, 10 rounds and I love the gun. I do plan on buying the extended clip, 10 rounds is not enough.

I've purchased multiple firearms from Grab A Gun and this time.... well not great. I picked up a S&W Shield for one price. 3 or 4 days later they dropped the price by almost 80 dollars. I bought it because of the great rebates S&W were offering. I emailed and politely inquired if they perhaps made a mistake in pricing. They provided me an explanation which I understood but, I would have made good on my request based on my multiple buys with them. Suffice to say I was disappointed. I rated this one above 5 only because of my past satisfaction with them. Could have done better on this one guys.

I bought Trijicon HD sights for my Glock. I enjoyed using grabagun as their site is easy to navigate and the prices are hard to beat. My only complaint is that it took 3+days just to get my sights in the mail and shipped. Other than that it was a good experience and I will purchase from them in the future... I'll just have to factor in the wait time when I'm wanting my items by a certain day
