They've been very clear about expectations and what they would do. Everybody showed up when they said they were going to show up. They told me when they would be here and they were here on time or before. The gal that did the initial measurement and did my estimate was really helpful because I'm not much of a decorator and she helped me with choices. It was it was really nice to have some help. I didn't want to have to do it on my own.

The people who work for 3 Day Blinds, they're all very friendly, they're all very helpful, they're all very knowledgeable. They don't pressure you into buying anything. They just come and they show you what they have. You tell them what you're interested in and they don't pressure you into anything. They give you the choice as to whether you want to use them or not.

I really felt that I was valued and Kerry looked at my house, my furnishings, and he could steer me in the correct direction. After they were installed, one of the blinds stopped working and Garrett came out and realized that one of them hadn't been completely programmed. At the same time, he looked at another one and goes, "There's something wrong there" and found out that I had a bad motor. They had to order a new motor and it's all fixed.

Everybody from start to this finish was a professional. The designer who came to my house, was excellent. And then the person that installed them, I think his name was Eric. He was absolutely wonderful. And the blinds are beautiful. They're perfect. You can't see through them like most blinds that you get. These are private and they're absolutely beautiful.

If they tell you something, you can rely on the fact that it's the truth, and that if they tell you they can do something for you, they certainly do. The motors are highly rated and the fabrics were great and the lady that came out has a lot of insight. Apparently she's been with the company quite some time and she helped us choose the fabric and it was a great experience. The follow up was exceptional. They were able to order them, get them in and they were able to store them for us until we got to a point where we could have them installed and the installation went beautifully.

They are a little pricey, but it's worth it. Buyers can get a little bit off by going with a longer instead of three days, it could take three weeks because I was in no rush but for an extra 100 off or something that was worth mentioning. The woman who came here was just fantastic. I thought she did a great job. Someone comes here and it's very fast and they know how to measure. It's just very professional and trustworthy. They last a long time, they are guaranteed. Whenever I've had a problem, someone comes immediately and fixes it.

They're great. They call me, they tell me when they're coming, when they get here, the installation goes really smoothly. They know what they're doing. They're very they're a good company. I like all the people that come out. I've used to not only for a home but also for my church hall and kitchen. They last. I've had them on my hand for a number of years and and they're still looking good. My sales Rep, Liz Kennedy, She's wonderful. She knows exactly what I want, what I need. She gives good suggestions. And she's always spot on.

I was disappointed in the color choices for the blinds. I struggled to pick the perfect color for each room. However when they came there was very little difference between the blue , the gray, and the green. It would have been less stressful to just pick one color for all. The second thing I was disappointed about and wish I had known at the outset was the fact that when the motor stops working, there is no manual backup. When mine stopped working within the first 2 months, my living room was fairly dark until someone finally got out to reprogram the blinds. But on the plus side, everyone who came to my house was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional! All in all I am very happy to have my windows covered and none of my issues would stop me from recommending 3 Day, but I will definitely warn whoever asks me about the things that learned through this experience.

When I had the blinds installed the first time on the 3 windows, 2 of the windows were little windows and the poles were put on the wrong side so you could see them from the big open room, rather than against to the wall where you wouldn't see them. I called and sent 3 Day pictures and talked to them about it, they said no problem, we'll just remake the blinds at no charge. They couldn't move the pulleys from one side to the other, the mechanisms up in the top, so they just made the blinds and brought them out and reinstalled them.

I really liked our salesperson. She was very knowledgeable and walked us through our options and I think she gave us a pretty fair price. Our installation was super fast. The guy came and we were all installed in about 10 minutes. I think they're very nice. They give a very nice look to our room. I really love how the edges are bound and it looks really nice and very professional.

The product is very good, the installation professional & well done, but the advertising as 2 for one is not clear. Once involved, I should have cancelled the contract. With installation & delivery, it’s not really 2 for one. Simply the product is too expensive & how long they will last is also an unknown. I felt the sales team was personable & knowledgeable, but the billing was confusing. I did compare costs when I was trying to consider cancelling to an up island company that did not return calls & a company in Southampton which was even more expensive. Though I love the blinds, the project was way too expensive for me. I should have looked for more reasonable alternatives. So that’s on me.

Peggy's (sales person) advice was awesome! She was very professional and provided great information. The person doing the measurements was very quick and did an accurate job. The installation company took 3 weeks to schedule and the installation still isn't completed. I still have 8 business days before the installer will be available-- the appointment setter said that was the first available appointment for installation. I asked for the option to have the blinds installed by someone of my choice, but they said it wasn't an option. The only reason I didn't give the company 5 stars-- because of the poor installation process. I also believe that the long delay for installations should be disclosed up front-- maybe even saying the the name of the company is 3 day blinds-- but that doesn't include a 3-4 week installation delay.

This is outrageous after I’ve spent thousands on my total order. Part two is to be delivered 5/19. This delivery includes valances and draperies. My initial contact with this job was great. She came in, went over all of my options, measured everything, answered any and all of my questions and was just enjoyable to have in my home. The blinds are 2 inch faux wood blinds and they're totally functional and everything, they're just not maybe the highest quality that I was expecting. But the price was amazing.

The girl who initially met with was wonderful, right on top of everything, had all kinds of answers. She came out immediately, measured, discussed the one window that was going to be difficult and it was done. One of my blinds came in in three days and one came in in three months, so I'm not exactly sure what that meant. That was a little disappointing, but once it was in it was outstanding.

I saw an advertisement for 3 Day Blinds and I called them. They answered back quickly, came out, and everything was what I needed. The worst thing is they're high price. They paid attention to all the details and everything has been perfect. It hasn't been long and we haven't used them a lot, but they've worked perfectly and have made a huge, huge difference. It's completely shield proof you might say. Easy to operate and again, you cannot see through them, which is what I wanted.

Jody, our sales consultant, was great. The installer came out to double check the measurements, that was the best. The whole experience was great. I wish that the wood for the blinds comes from China. I wish the materials were coming from the US instead of China. I know they're put together and installed here, but they said that one of the reasons it takes so long - 4 to 5 months - is that the wood is coming from China. And that part I wasn't thrilled about and I didn't learn that till after the installation. I prefer that everything is made in America.

Working with them was easy. I like the blinds that I ordered. They work well and I'm very happy with them. The blinds are great. But they have two plastic hold down brackets, which are extremely inferior. They broke on day two. I contacted customer service and she wanted to charge me $13. I said I'm not paying anything because it just broke on the second day. Then they finally decided they were going to send me replacements. They sent me replacement parts for everything but the two little plastic brackets - Twice. So that didn't cost me anything, but it did cost the company something and to me that's a total waste

Management was great and so was cuestomer service. I had some issues with one of the windows because they installed the wrong one, then they came to change that and also was wrong again. So three times to to to get the the the right one. But everything was done very professionally, despite this mistake that was just one of the the windows. I'm quite happy.

When the sales representative came, he was absolutely incredible. He was so personable, so knowledgeable. He explained everything. He worked within our budget, just amazing customer service. We have three cats, and so far the curtains I've installed are destroyed, but their blinds are still wonderfully intact. The designer was very helpful in making decisions, and the person that came out to install was very professional. The time it took was very good. We love their blinds. We got the remote control ones and we can sit down and push them up and pull them up. We got windows that are really, really high, so they were very, very convenient for us. I've had a very good experience with customer of blinds. It was a pretty easy process. I'm just glad we have blinds because we didn't before. We got the typical blind, so they're exactly what I expected. Just your standard blind, didn't get anything fancy or anything super different. They're totally fine. We never had any issues. I was really pleased that the blinds actually came in a little bit before they had quoted. I think they said originally it was going to be 4 weeks and I think it only took like 2 to 3. So that was really nice to be able to get them in before.

They worked within the budget that I had set. I recommend their product. I recommend the representatives, they were knowledgeable, the installers were fabulous, and they didn't disappoint. The product was exactly what was shown to me in the initial presentation and then I wasn't disappointed when the product was actually installed. There was some follow up work that had to be done and because of the product what was shipped wasn't complete and so they were timely in getting it repaired.

I ordered some top of the line blinds and the blinds are awesome, very well made and they installed very well, but I think it's all about who installs them. They do well with what you have in your home and the installation was pristine. The guys who did the installation were really good people who did an excellent job, very clean. They took away all the old blinds and put up the new ones and it was just a great experience all the way along.

The sales guy knew the installer that was coming and everybody communicated to me, I knew what to expect. They seemed very professional and it didn't seem like anything was confusing. It was all straight up. This was going down, and this was going to happen, and this guy will be here to put them in, and they all showed up. I didn't need the blinds till after Christmas, but then they came in 3 weeks early, so we got them in before, so that was kind of nice too.

The consultant or person who came to give me a quote and everything was extremely knowledgeable. Then the person that measured was very good, and then the person that installed was outstanding too. So I had 3 different people that I encountered that were all very skilled and knowledgeable. The speed of how quickly they move to get from consult to installation was a remarkably short amount of time for something like that. I think that's probably the best thing. And you still get great quality. The blind they put in, they did a great job, it's beautiful. I've had a lot of compliments.

Everything went like clockwork. The girl came out on time to consult with me and gave me pricing on the spot, was able to pick out everything in less than an hour, and then everything was on time with delivery and installation. The blinds look beautiful. I have a custom valance, custom plantation shutters and then I have another custom blind and all three are perfect like we expected.

Mr. Howard was always there as needed. While we were waiting for the blind, there were delays on my end for installation and every time I reached out and Mr. Howard he was very willing and able to accommodate the delays on my end. I find them to be very good quality. No problems at all with with the material used. Rob Howard followed up with me to make sure I was happy even after the installation, which was very nice, and professional.

It was easy having someone come and get it done quickly. There were no issues that had to be resolved or anything like that. It was very, very easy to do. I like the choice of colors and the choice of fabrics. As soon as I contacted them, they sent someone out and within three to five days the person was here installing and taking the old ones down that I had. Everything was done very smoothly.

Peggy was a sales person and she was very personable, took her time, went over the options with me. There was number rush, very nonchalant and relaxed, and the installer was magnificent. He came. He was very professional He put up the blinds and he put it up cleanly and took all the trash with him and I thought that was that was great. They're not as opaque as I'd hoped they would be. But I'm still satisfied with the blinds. The process was simple.

She came out and did a great job and told us what would work there and what wouldn't work there and was very knowledgeable. We've only had them up a few months, so I'm just assuming they're going to be great blinds. They look good. They're courteous, they're friendly, and basically they explained, explained the blinds and what they do and how much light they let in and all that good stuff.

The best thing was they came to my home, the scheduling was done right away, but I think the main thing is that they came here and they pretty much brought the showroom with them. Everything seems very sturdy and good quality. The representative that I spoke to the first time was was quick to respond, very professional when she came and she knew what I liked just from gathering some information from me. She showed me the product and she gave me suggestions.

The fact that they could come out quick and see what we needed was great. They were very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable in terms of their product. The fact that we were able to get ahold of them and they could come out in a short time was the best thing. It's been 11 years since we had the original ones put in. Even the installer was very good, they were out here in a week. The blinds are working well; they were measured very well.

They are pretty expensive. They're customed to my windows. I have pretty large and high windows, so they got it exactly what I was supposed to. It was a constant back and forth that I had to handle. They're pretty thick, they block out the light which is the main reasons I got them and overall pretty good quality from what I've seen so far. They were pretty responsive. There were just a few delays, but they did manage to get everything set up in a timely manner.
