Full amount was taken before job was completed. Installer did not have me sign paper because he didn't like how the center blind fit. He said he would order another one and be back to install it. Never seen the guy again. What a rip off. I will not recommend 3 Day Blinds to anyone.

Windows were measured before being replaced. Two windows have blinds that do not fit correctly. I would like them to be adjusted, which to me, seems simple enough. I had a medical emergency which involved brain surgery over the holidays and I am just getting back to normal of everyday life, and unfortunately, your request for overall rating was not on the top of my list of "to do". I don't mean to say your request was not important, but I have been a bit slow in replying to many requests from companies that I had business dealings with at the end of 2002.
