Great people but for $3200++, for 3 blinds, 2 motorized, it just took long to get the great people out to my home to fix the problem! Not there fault. Everyone is understaffed. That’s what happens when government “pay” people to stay home. Sad!

I was a first time customer and had plans to purchase more shutters from your company. But, due to my horrible experience I would not I would not make additional purchases or recommend your company to anyone. First of all it took forever for the order to arrive, then the installers placed the shutters on the wet street in front of my house to put them together prior to installing in my house. The street was wet because it had rained prior to the installation. I questioned this and was told it was ok. and not a problem. I had to point out areas that needed repair after the installers said they were finished. One set of shutters arrived broken and had to be reordered. I told them the job they had done was horrible and I could have done it better! Not a good impression!!! Also, this is the third time I have been asked to submit a review. I think one is enough!!
