Their customer service is just excellent. They send a Rep out to measure and show you the options. They've got all the books with them, so you can, you know make a decision based on your price point, and then they deliver and it's a really excellent product. The people that come in to do the installation are just wonderful. They're an excellent quality. The material is excellent. The actual use of the blinds is always very good. I've never had one break. They haven't lost any of the strings or any of the mechanisms. Everything's worked always very well.

I called them because on the day of installation, I had an appointment come up and I needed to leave. They contacted the installers and they adjusted their schedule to accommodate my installation. I've been very pleased with them. I've had them for probably six or seven weeks now and I'm pleased with the quality, the material, and how they operate their shades. The quality of the product impressed me the most.

I thought the person who came to my house gave me great information. I had thought about covering up some other windows and they suggested that I shouldn't cover those windows. I just felt like they were being truthful and really just giving me appropriate information for what I was trying to get done. I think from a decorative standpoint they look very good and from a functional standpoint they are good too. I do think it was a little costly though.

I ordered 4 balances and three of them were way too big so they had to reorder them and I had to wait another month to get them back. That was inconvenient because I had to leave everything the way it was for a whole month. When they did come in, they did fit, but they said it was the manufacturer who cut them off. Everything's really a good quality.

I had them before in previous houses. They've always had great service and are very courteous people. When you have a problem with something they will order the part for you and it's usually free. I've never been charged. They're willing to help and you're not on your own, no questions asked. They also have financing plans and they're reasonably priced.

After my initial call, somebody came out right away and helped me through the process and then we ordered up the blinds and not too long after that they were installed. And then there was a little bit of an issue with a measurement. So it took two or three visits for that to get right. But everybody was so nice and they got it right. The product is superior. It's attractive and does what it's supposed to do.

The quality is good and I'm very happy with it. It's just what we expected and what was described to us by the salesperson. The sales rep had a very wide array of different types of blinds that could be installed. They kept us posted by e-mail how long it was going to take to get installed and whenever it was going to arrive. We already recommended it to our neighbor and she already had a sales rep come out.

The sales rep scheduled the installation pretty quickly. She made suggestions when I was selecting the blinds, especially in looking at the rooms they were going to be used in and the type of backing that we should be using to either block sun or light filter through. She was just good all around. They were knowledgeable and they did great follow up. The installer was amazingly efficient and he was really clean with this work. It was just a really good experience. The blinds perform really well. They look great and we just love them.

Their sales force was very supportive and informative. And the gentleman who installed them, I think his name was Enrique, was very kind and very helpful in terms of learning how to use the application on my phone so I can open and close the blinds using my phone. I'm just incredibly happy with the quality and the function. They keep the heat out and allow the light to come in. They were pricey, but I do believe that they are well worth the investment. They were responsive to us when we tried to set up an appointment they were right out here quickly. And the other companies I contacted never got back to me. We haven't had them that long, but so far they're great. They are just what we were looking for and they work just like they said they would. Plus, they come to the house with everything. They were really prompt in coming out. The salesman explained everything and the guy that installed the blinds was very knowledgeable, friendly, and he didn't make a mess while he was working. It was just a good experience overall. They're pretty and they seem very durable. I also appreciated the ease of purchasing and the the pricing. They cost a lot less than I thought it would be.

I compared the price of this product to a similar product from another company and it was more affordable. So I had the salesperson come out and show me samples of things to help me make a decision and I was happy with the products that she showed me. I was able to make choices from that and get the estimate and everything was to my satisfaction. I love my blinds. I think they're really attractive and they work beautifully. Everything went very quickly and smoothly.

I did some research and when the consultant came to my home, I could tell that I made the right choice. My consultant was very clear that I could call her about anything and the installers were very helpful and proficient. They're just very good quality blinds. I like the materials - they're metal and wood (or fake wood, whichever you end up choosing). They're pretty fast and the customer service and overall experience was very good.

You guys had installed the blinds in my niece's new house and they were pleased with them, so I went with you. They seemed to have their act together when they came out and measured everything. And when they came and installed them, they were quick and courteous. The blinds are really nice. They're a little hard to open and close now, but maybe they'll loosen a bit. We did have trouble with the scheduling. When the salesperson came out, we had scheduled it for Saturday and then it turns out they don't install on Saturdays, so she should have known that.

I've used this company for 30 years so and I've always been happy, so I wouldn't consider going any place else. Years ago, I had a different kind that was motorized and there were issues where they didn't go up evenly. Throughout the years, they have always honored their warranty. On my order, they were supposed to be giving me another remote control. I don't have it yet, so I would like that to be resolved.

The blinds look nice, they're reasonably priced, and they're still working. They install as quickly as they say they will. They're on time and I enjoyed the experience. Much better than other companies I've had to work with during and since COVID. I called someone I talked to a year ago and she never called back. So I called the central office and finally got a call back and they say she's on a medical leave and I just think that the person answering the phone should have been able to check and see. So that was the only problem I had.

They've been very clear about expectations and what they would do. Everybody showed up when they said they were going to show up. They told me when they would be here and they were here on time or before. The gal that did the initial measurement and did my estimate was really helpful because I'm not much of a decorator and she helped me with choices. It was it was really nice to have some help. I didn't want to have to do it on my own.

I really felt that I was valued and Kerry looked at my house, my furnishings, and he could steer me in the correct direction. After they were installed, one of the blinds stopped working and Garrett came out and realized that one of them hadn't been completely programmed. At the same time, he looked at another one and goes, "There's something wrong there" and found out that I had a bad motor. They had to order a new motor and it's all fixed.

If they tell you something, you can rely on the fact that it's the truth, and that if they tell you they can do something for you, they certainly do. The motors are highly rated and the fabrics were great and the lady that came out has a lot of insight. Apparently she's been with the company quite some time and she helped us choose the fabric and it was a great experience. The follow up was exceptional. They were able to order them, get them in and they were able to store them for us until we got to a point where we could have them installed and the installation went beautifully.

They are a little pricey, but it's worth it. Buyers can get a little bit off by going with a longer instead of three days, it could take three weeks because I was in no rush but for an extra 100 off or something that was worth mentioning. The woman who came here was just fantastic. I thought she did a great job. Someone comes here and it's very fast and they know how to measure. It's just very professional and trustworthy. They last a long time, they are guaranteed. Whenever I've had a problem, someone comes immediately and fixes it.

I was disappointed in the color choices for the blinds. I struggled to pick the perfect color for each room. However when they came there was very little difference between the blue , the gray, and the green. It would have been less stressful to just pick one color for all. The second thing I was disappointed about and wish I had known at the outset was the fact that when the motor stops working, there is no manual backup. When mine stopped working within the first 2 months, my living room was fairly dark until someone finally got out to reprogram the blinds. But on the plus side, everyone who came to my house was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional! All in all I am very happy to have my windows covered and none of my issues would stop me from recommending 3 Day, but I will definitely warn whoever asks me about the things that learned through this experience.

I really liked our salesperson. She was very knowledgeable and walked us through our options and I think she gave us a pretty fair price. Our installation was super fast. The guy came and we were all installed in about 10 minutes. I think they're very nice. They give a very nice look to our room. When I had the blinds installed the first time on the 3 windows, 2 of the windows were little windows and the poles were put on the wrong side so you could see them from the big open room, rather than against to the wall where you wouldn't see them. I called and sent 3 Day pictures and talked to them about it, they said no problem, we'll just remake the blinds at no charge. They couldn't move the pulleys from one side to the other, the mechanisms up in the top, so they just made the blinds and brought them out and reinstalled them.

The product is very good, the installation professional & well done, but the advertising as 2 for one is not clear. Once involved, I should have cancelled the contract. With installation & delivery, it’s not really 2 for one. Simply the product is too expensive & how long they will last is also an unknown. I felt the sales team was personable & knowledgeable, but the billing was confusing. I did compare costs when I was trying to consider cancelling to an up island company that did not return calls & a company in Southampton which was even more expensive. Though I love the blinds, the project was way too expensive for me. I should have looked for more reasonable alternatives. So that’s on me.

Peggy's (sales person) advice was awesome! She was very professional and provided great information. The person doing the measurements was very quick and did an accurate job. The installation company took 3 weeks to schedule and the installation still isn't completed. I still have 8 business days before the installer will be available-- the appointment setter said that was the first available appointment for installation. I asked for the option to have the blinds installed by someone of my choice, but they said it wasn't an option. The only reason I didn't give the company 5 stars-- because of the poor installation process. I also believe that the long delay for installations should be disclosed up front-- maybe even saying the the name of the company is 3 day blinds-- but that doesn't include a 3-4 week installation delay.

The girl who initially met with was wonderful, right on top of everything, had all kinds of answers. She came out immediately, measured, discussed the one window that was going to be difficult and it was done. One of my blinds came in in three days and one came in in three months, so I'm not exactly sure what that meant. That was a little disappointing, but once it was in it was outstanding.

Working with them was easy. I like the blinds that I ordered. They work well and I'm very happy with them. The blinds are great. But they have two plastic hold down brackets, which are extremely inferior. They broke on day two. I contacted customer service and she wanted to charge me $13. I said I'm not paying anything because it just broke on the second day. Then they finally decided they were going to send me replacements. They sent me replacement parts for everything but the two little plastic brackets - Twice. So that didn't cost me anything, but it did cost the company something and to me that's a total waste

Jody, our sales consultant, was great. The installer came out to double check the measurements, that was the best. The whole experience was great. I wish that the wood for the blinds comes from China. I wish the materials were coming from the US instead of China. I know they're put together and installed here, but they said that one of the reasons it takes so long - 4 to 5 months - is that the wood is coming from China. And that part I wasn't thrilled about and I didn't learn that till after the installation. I prefer that everything is made in America.

I saw an advertisement for 3 Day Blinds and I called them. They answered back quickly, came out, and everything was what I needed. The worst thing is they're high price. They paid attention to all the details and everything has been perfect. It hasn't been long and we haven't used them a lot, but they've worked perfectly and have made a huge, huge difference. It's completely shield proof you might say. Easy to operate and again, you cannot see through them, which is what I wanted.

The guy came out and measured and gave us options. She went back to her car and got more samples and explained everything to us and I felt like she spent some extra time making sure that we were happy with our choices. The installers were very professional and got it done. One person got them done amazingly fast. They're beautiful and I think they're very sturdy.

Anytime that I had called or needed assistance with the programming of the app on my phone, they were right there on the spot. I didn't have to wait or go through any kind of process to get assistance. I just had them installed, so I don't have a whole lot of experience with them, but the experience that I've been having with them, they work perfectly, they're very quiet, and they perform the job that I was looking for.

They're doing great. We've had three different people and they've all been excellent. The cost is very in the park and we can always count on them fitting and working really well. We've had them for quite a while and they always work and if they don't, they work something out. They either replace them or fix them. They're just available, courteous and do know their job.

They have a good product and it's reliable and they do what they say. They're user friendly. It's easy to get in touch with them and you actually get to speak with people and not machines all the time. I'm very satisfied with the look of it and with the way it handles. Easy to operate. They were always very responsive when I called, they made the appointment, they came out, everybody was on time. And then when the gentleman came to actually install the blinds, everything happened just the way they said it was going to happen and in the time we fashion.

When the sales representative came, he was absolutely incredible. He was so personable, so knowledgeable. He explained everything. He worked within our budget, just amazing customer service. We have three cats, and so far the curtains I've installed are destroyed, but their blinds are still wonderfully intact. The curtains were not from 3 Day Blinds by the way, these were separate, but their blinds are incredible.

Management was great and so was cuestomer service. I had some issues with one of the windows because they installed the wrong one, then they came to change that and also was wrong again. So three times to to to get the the the right one. But everything was done very professionally, despite this mistake that was just one of the the windows. I'm quite happy.

Everyone was extremely courteous and on time. I've never had that many returned emails and alerts from any business. I also have shutters in my home and they were delayed and we had some problems, but I had no problems from start to finish. Convenient. The amount of products they brought so I could see variety, product variety and willing to work with me for an extended period of time. I wasn't rushed. Good quality product.
