They were very prompt and super professional. I was able to get the blinds I described to them and the overall process was great. I will say it was a little pricey but I am overall happy with end results. I would recommend them to friends and have already referred a family member.

Hi Richard, It depends on the product, and shipping method that you choose, but many of our products can be made and shipped within 3 days. Specialty orders such as draperies, shutters and specialty arches take longer to produce. Apologies for any confusion.
