I ordered blinds in the color raven. Only half my order came in the correct color. I have contacted the sales agent and corporate no one is willing to exchange for the correct color. The shades function exactly as I expected but the wrong color is upsetting. This mistake was made by the sales agent who stated she will get back with me however I haven’t heard anything back. For the price I paid I would have expected better customer service.
