Both the person who came and explained the company and showed me the blind samples that were available as well as the person who installed them were personable and professional. They adhered to the timeline that the sales person indicated and then the installer was on time and very punctual and professional.

They have wonderful installers. Brandon came and the installers were terrific. I'm not disappointed with the quality, I think they're well made. We had a problem with one blind that didn't work and I called their customer service and they sent me a brochure on how to operate it. So the customer service is great.

The convenience. I just called them up and they sent someone out to do the measurements and all that and then they sent the installer out and it was a pretty easy process. They had the representative come out and show me all the samples and and everything very quickly and they got the the order processed quickly. The turn around time was good.

I'm very happy with the blinds. Some of the blinds are older, but they're holding up very well. They do have a guarantee that if something goes wrong, you can just call them and they can help remedy the situation. That means a lot to me for the future. They've held up really well and they're good quality products. If you do have an issue, they'll come out immediately and fix it, so that was helpful. The install guys were here till 9:00 PM the one night. They were so nice. It was just really accommodating, flexible. I feel like the value is really good for what we ended up picking.

I think that it's a good company, they stand by their warranty. The installation guy was there and gone was very fast and explained everything to me. The salesperson was okay and I think the blinds are a little expensive. I love the blinds that I've got. It's a blackout blind and it is on a remote control. It's very nice. It didn't come in three days, it came in about 3 weeks, but they were delivered before they said they would be delivered.
