They came when they said they would come to measure and they said they came when they said they were come to install them, and I was just I mean I just had no trouble with it in any way shape or form it's just came and did their job. It just seems to be like a good blind, very good quality.

Our design consultant ruined our $8.5k order by not adding "TDBU" to the contract to indicate the blinds should lower from the top as well as rise from the bottom. We trusted our consultant to fill the order as we had discussed and now we are stuck with $8.5k worth of useless blinds. Never using or recommending this company to anyone.

Cellular shades are great but would rather be able to use the center tab to lift up and down as opposed to manually utiluzing the cord as due to my stature unable to recharge the remote without the use of a ladder and standing on countertop to performdsily function of opening and closing cellular.
