The Ninja Professional Plus Kitchen System blender saves on kitchen space by combining multiple kitchen appliances in one: single serve blender cups, pitcher, and food processor. Customers can make individual or family smoothie servings and make everything from sauces and purees to doughs and desserts in one convenient blender system.

Auto IQ and Manual Programs

The Ninja blenders include auto preset programs that combine unique blending and pause combinations. These auto IQ programs include smoothie, ice crush, extract, chop, and dough. In addition to the auto IQ programs, the blenders also include manual speeds: low, medium, high, and pulse. Pulse offers greater control by operating only when “pulse” is pressed.

The Bad

  • 1-Year Limited Warranty

1-Year Limited Warranty

When buying a blender, consumers may look at the warranty to have a general indication of how long the blender may last. The Ninja blenders only have a one-year warranty while other more expensive blenders offer five-year to ten-year warranties.

The Bottom Line

With a 1400 peak wattage and $199.99 price tag, Ninja blenders have a reputation of being powerful blenders for a more affordable price. Its blenders may be a good option for consumers who are beginning to regularly make smoothies, but do not want the hefty price tag of high performance blenders found by competitors.

The Ninja Professional Plus Kitchen System is a good option for consumers with limited storage that need more versatility in an appliance to save on kitchen space. Consumers may want to weigh the cost benefit analysis of price to warranty value with more expensive blenders as the Ninja blenders only include a one-year warranty.

I bought a Ninja many years ago and I wish I had just splurged on the Vitamix. The square shape makes stuff get caught and out of reach of the blending motion. The lid has largely come apart - I have to put pull it off in a special way so that it doesnt come apart every time. I keep hoping it will break completely so I can justify spending money on a new blender of a different brand.

The Ninja has PLENTY of power, it really does do a good job blending and the motor is strong, heavy, and quiet. HOWEVER, the blender container leaks at the bottom, the seal is bad. Unlike older blenders that you could take apart and replace a cheap rubber seal, with this, you need to replace the entire thing, that is a waste of money, and it uselessly puts plastic into the landfill. That is just stupid.

While our ninja blender works great, we rarely use it. It isn't worth the time and hassle of cleaning and putting it out. Yes our frozen margaritas are awesome but we make those maybe once a month. I tried making butter in it and it become overheated after using it for a long period of time. Next time I would save my month and get a cheaper, smaller, portable blender that maybe doesn't work as well but it's easier to use.

I purchased a ninja blender, and did not even use it that much. first the blades became squeaky, and then after some time the blender started giving off a burning smell. then it stoped working and smoke started coming out. also, a family members ninja jug broke while making a smoothie.

So my ninja broke after a couple of years and I feel like for the cost they should be more reliable. I didn't even use it that often. Maybe 50 times at most in the years I owned it.

A bit on the pricey side. I mean it works but that's what it's supposed to do. I don't feel like they should overcharge for a product with similar qualities as other blenders.

Cheap in cost and quality. But it actually runs pretty solid.
