Requested information & scheduled a visit with their sales person. Worst presentation I have ever experienced. He did not "listen" to what we were asking, he insulted our current bathroom as well as the insulting our home state for their lack of reputable contractors - wow - he definitely needs to be schooled in Sales 101 as he is lacking in quality presentation skills & any type of professional customer service. We would NEVER use this company - totally unprofessional & severely overpriced.

My parents' BathWraps shower pan squeaked right after installation. For 2 months, the dealer said it's normal and didn't even send anyone to take a look. So my parents called BathWraps to verify. Then, as other reviews pointed out, they quickly found out there is no customer service at BathWraps. Whether you left messages or spoke to a person, no one will call you back and answer your questions! Be very careful if you use BathWraps. They will not help you if you have any problems.
