I am handicapped and I saw them in a home show in Hampton Falls so that's why I went with them to redo my shower. It took them so long; the original projection time was two weeks and it went on for five or six weeks. It was a long period of time for the large amount of money I am spending but overall, I am satisfied with it.

We have called him twice and he has yet to come by and that was so a little over a year ago when this was done.

We needed an affordable solution for replacing our old, well-water-stained, broken, jet tub that was in the house when we purchased it, and the tile surrounding it which was beginning to lose grout, have mold issues, and in general was just not an attractive color/style. We got quotes from a few similar bath/shower remodel companies and Bath Planet was the most affordable with the most style/design choice options for the price. Overall we are pleased that the finished product is far better, sleeker, and easier to clean than what we had in place before. However, my recommendation of their company comes with some caveats. Here were the downsides to the experience - The salesman was seemingly not thoroughly trained (and thus inadvertently misleading) about details of the company's story and affiliations (Bath Planet vs. Joyce Co. Manufacturing vs. BCI Engineering products etc.) - as well as the details of the extent of their warranty - (The warranty actually only guarantees the BCI acrylic products, there's no mention of coverage for plumbing fixtures or the actual install labor/job performed. I had to write to the branch manager directly to get them to say something in email writing in response as to some sort of guarantee of the parts and labor!) The install went fairly smoothly, but there were some small mishaps. We ordered metal corner shelves that double as grab bars, the shelves that got sent were incorrect and the corrected item had to then be ordered. The installer struggled getting them installed with the screws being flush. The screws are now in at an angle and the gap around them sealed with a water proof sealant/caulk. We can only hope that is effective enough to hold up and not make the screw holes become a wicking point for water to seep behind the walls in the future! It also consequently looks a bit unsightly and less professional than the rest of the job. We also had issue that the hot and cold water taps were reversed on the faucet control, and the tub's overflow drain was sealed, not letting excess water drain, so when stepping into the tub the water level rose enough to slosh over the side of the tub. We reported this and thankfully they were quick/easy fixes - the cartridge on the faucet control knob had to be pulled out and turned around and reinserted to get the hot and cold to correspond with correct sides of the dial. The tub overflow drain was sealed with temporary plug for shipping/transport and the installer had merely forgotten to remove it at the end of the install job. Lastly, the lead foreman overseeing all projects took the attitude of being defensive when these issues got reported. Trying to argue that the grab bar shelves didn't exist and that our hot/cold taps must have been backwards from the start even with our old shower (which it was not) - this sort of kneejerk first response was less than professional. All's well that ends well for now, but it seems the company could use a little more finesse.

Even though the guy came out here a couple of times, it took two times due to fixing some of the problems we had. We had a leak that was developed that my plumber said was caused by Bath Planet and they said they had nothing to do with it. It's not as easy and clean as they lead you to believe. I keep having a problem with the building.

I find Planet Bath to be a rather wimpy company that would not do anything to help a customer who basically was screwed by their installer. It actually did not fully meet the original specifications that was laid out to us by the sales person and they refuse to come back and solve the issue. It is now causing damage to the area next to the bathroom. The company that was doing the installation were some of the worst people I've ever had come in to my house and work in the thirty years I've lived here. When I called, customer service refused to do anything about the situation.

Had my bathroom remolded the week before Christmas , only have one bathroom & it took a week , we felt with it , but was also told we could buy what we wanted & they would install , not true so we took toilette back , they sold us a toilette for like 600.00 , i have to plunge it everyday , to get it to flush , never had that probably with my cheap toilette & sent in pictures of tile and wall tile being all measured wrong , it is now end of Feb. & We keep getting told next week they will fix it . But next week never happens it's been 2 months. The guy that did work was nice but when you pay 9,000.00 u don't want tile that you cover up because tile is cut wrong. I will keep on bugging them till it is fixed .

Seriously whatever you do, do NOT choose this company for your bathroom remodel. I have never dealt with customer service or installation of a project this unprofessional and honestly horrible. The sales pitch is very forceful, but they show great pictures of remodels and emphasize how they ensure it is done in one day. That is the main selling point. They do the measurements and set up an installation date for you, and promise it can get done soon. Then when they absolutely destroy your plumbing, completely mess up measurements so they have to come back and do it again, and have an incredibly rude installer fix your items and leave your house trashed, they have the audacity to say that they owe you nothing and we should be grateful that they fixed THEIR MISTAKES for no additional charge. They literally destroyed our plumbing, water pressure, and measured wrong so had to reinstall the panel. And then when we spent hours on the phone with them about this, they finally agree to fix it. But they will send out crotchety workers who will give you the run around about fixing it, and constantly need new repairmen to fix the issues. Then, even though you haven’t been able to use your shower (and sink) for weeks, they say they don’t owe you anything and will not adjust the price. This is the most insane company I have ever dealt with. Please, please, consider using an alternate company for your services. I am 12k in debt for a shower that doesn’t even look good, and dealing with a company who does not return your calls when you have a major customer service or installation issue.

I was told that I would get a $1500.00 discount as offered by a competitor! I did not!! I was told I could get matte black fixtures, I did not! Open holes in my floor were left..while doing plumbing work they cut holes in my insulation and they left them open. I had to repair them! Crawl space was left open, I had to reseal. They brought me a shower curtain rod without the packaging so no bolts or screws! It's been 3 weeks and I still don't have the 2 shower shelves or the towel rack! The lady in chesterfield, mo. is no help and quite short on answers yet I paid them in full!! I would recommend shopping elsewhere

Bath Planet sent a sales person to our home to set us up with a remodel from bath tub to walk in shower. Scott W was the salesman's name. We discussed the fact we wanted the tub taken completely out and a new walk in shower installed. Mr W showed us pictures of the product and then asked to see the existing layout. After seeing the layout, he took some measurements. We discussed the materials and were advised the walls would be taken out down to the studs and ne product installed. We discussed the selection and decided we wanted Valencia on the walls and I believed this would be on three walls, wrong, it was only on 1 wall with almond on the end walls. We were told it would take approx. 2 months after the order was turned in to complete the manufacture of the materials, this was on Sep 7, 2021. We assumed this meant the materials would be ready to install on Nov 7 or thereabouts. Wrong again, the materials came in late December or early January, 2022.. The installer did not notify he was coming out till the day he was coming out. the ladies in the office were fairly good about checking with us until November. Then we had to call them to find out anything and the only thing we found out was the fact none of the materials were in the warehouse. The story was the same as I checked every other week. Finally when I checked on Jan 3, 2022 I was advised the parts were in and the installer was scheduled to be out in the next day or two if that was alright. We had doctor appointments on fourth and asked if it would be alright if he could come out on Wed, 5 January, 2022. That was okay with the office. We thought the installer would call and let us know approx, what time he would be outs. Wrong again so we called the offices again and they contacted Ryan P to find out about his arrival. He then called us. Ryan finished the installation on Friday Jan 7. He explained about the operation of the shower which was not the one we requested but it was better than having to wait months before getting what we had asked for. We were told to wait a couple of days so the sealant in the corners and joints to dry well. When I showered on Monday it was apparent the interior shower door needed to be adjusted to be sure water would not leak out the bottom. Also I had talked with Ryan about some extra grab bars that I desired. He had stated he would inquire at the warehouse to see if what i had inquired about was available and the cost. I had to leave a voice mail and waited for a call back. I did not receive a call back by Friday, Jan 10th so I called the office and it may have been Jan 17th when I called the office. The clerk that answered stated the manager was with a client but she would give her my name and number and have her call me back. She didn't call but gave the information to a Tom who called me on a Monday and after our discussion asked for a day to check. We agreed a day was okay. I still have not heard from Tom.

I should of asked more questions but will leave it at that. I am now dealing with a $29 activation fee for a credit card that we did not want, and did not approve to be activated. We have paid 17k off in 15 months and now receive a bill for $29 threatening to charge interest if not paid. We never activated the credit card! We will not use Planet Bath again.

I cannot recommend this company, in any way. It took months to get the job started and weeks to get it completed. The 1st "crew" they sent in did more damage than is possible to list. The regional supervisor at the time was very apologetic and had to do some of the work himself. Some things were not completed to our satisfaction and made the company aware but they did little to fix our issues. Within 12 months I called to have some issues looked at. A new regional supervisor. He agreed with the issues but the home office overrode him and they refused to agree. We were told, verbally, that, since we had received a $500.00 credit for our inconvinience that we no longer had a warranty. I asked for, but was denied, a written confirmation of our denial. I would stay away from this company in Colorado.

It took them a month to finish mine always showing up without all parts . Half the time they didn’t show up . Now 2 years later still having problems with silicone at base of shower pan never stays falls off . I’ve been calling the person who did the job but he never shows up . I’m done with this crap . We don’t even use the shower for fear of water damage

Entered into contract 3/2022 with promise to install in 8 weeks -paid $3,500 deposit cash. Contract was to install shower, flooring, and other work. In June, they call ssying they can't produce materials I chose in the contract. I requested cancellation and refund: they jerked me around for months and then took it upon themselves to still order wrong materials that I never agreed to! Spoke to employees who refused to help and attempted to convince me to accept materials and a design I did not want/agree to. Finally spoke to Saigon who was semi-helpful: he had agreed to arrange new salesperson, Kaye to come to my home months later (August 2022)- she was supposed to arrive at 5pm but didn't arrive until 7:45 pm: told me the salesperson of original contract was fired and wasn't surprised he made mistakes with my order and wrote new contract - installers didn't show as planned on 10/12, canceled last minute. Original installer finally shows days later, installed wet space and broke my flooring that I paid for according to contract terms ($200+)! Ordered more flooring and installer said he'd come back to finish but wouldn't get paid if I didn't sign completion form that job was complete: since it wasn't complete, however, I noted on the form that job wasn't finished on Friday and the installers acknowledged they understood and needed to return to finish the job. Called, texted, emailed the company: installers, (Nia) office, (Kaye) salesperson, and more! Installers said they'd come back to install window kit in wet space and fix the crooked shower door (hung wrong) on upcoming Monday but canceled last minute again and did not show! Keep in mind, I had other contractors scheduled to finish work not included in agreement - like painting, lighting, sinks, plumbing, vanity, etc.) but had to keep pushing that work out because of this!!! A brand new installers came out next week and he ("Adolfo") was horrible: floor not level, sloping, planks cut wrong/pieces broken: major safety concerns (people stubbing toes), hole in wall, toilet knocked loose off flange, etc. Said he didn't have materials to fix or finish the job so he left!!!! I called office immediately and relentlessly asking to speak to management. Days later, I spoke to "Ray" who asked that I forward pictures of work (although I already sent to Nia) and he'd call back: waited for call but no call back so I called him again and when we spoke (early November), he agreed it was poorly done and said he or someone else would come to my home and look at work because he caulking and sealing would not fix problems. However, he never called me! MONTHS LATER on 1/6/2023 (while I was working), I answered a call from the "Operations Manager" about payment... when I tried to explain the troubles I had, I could hardly get a word in! He spoke over me, became irrate when I tried to interject, was profane, and threatened to press criminal charges against me if I didn't pay $7,700 stating that I intended to commit fraud! He hung up and continued to call back, left a voicemail (saved) threatening he will go to Gwinnett County police and tell them I stole services. He said they'd have a warrant for my arrest saying, "do you want a misdemeanor and get arrested over $7,700 or do you want to call me back?" The following week and for weeks later, I attempted to resolve again by calling/emailing the office (Nicole, Nia, David/Daniel): noone seems to care nor were they concerned that I was threatened by the Ops Manager. Even still, I offered to work with them, provided receipts for expenses and damages I incurred- they said they'd work to resolve. I was doubtful but still cooperated. I spoke directly to the owner and offered to resolve but they refused. Considering all the problems as a result of their breach of the agreement... after all of this, they're threatening to file a lien on my home! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!

On October 14, 2022 you did sign the completion form. Though you did mention that the flooring you ordered did arrive broken and you were waiting on a new order to come in from your source, you did remark that all products and installation regarding the shower base and wall surrounds were completed and you were satisfied with it. PLEASE READ. Possibly the WORST experience. Take the time to do your research on Bath Planet. Don’t be bamboozled by their salesperson, price, and false promises. This will not be a one day project and the crazy high amount of money will not ensure top quality product or a workmanlike experience, as we were told it would. I’ll try to make this succinct because there is so much. On day one of the project, no show from workers. Day 2, workers came and CRACKED a bathroom floor tile, which still hasn’t been replaced. Day 3, the project is still not done. Day 4, we’re told the project is “done,” though it wasn’t (there was no shower rod installed), and later that night the ENTIRE TUB LEAKS from the second floor onto the hardwood floors of the first floor (see photo) - this was due to a faulty bath drain stopper, inadequately testing the tub, and improper installation. They had to replace the drywall and ceiling downstairs in the kitchen and repaint. Day 5, a worker shows up unannounced/unscheduled with a RANDOM SHOWER ROD we didn’t agree to. The shower rod was not the same as contractually agreed upon due to a lack of proper measurements during initial meetings - we had to research what new rod would fit for them. Zero care and disregard for disrupting our personal schedule. Audaciously expected us to be at their disposal to accommodate them beyond the scope of the promised 1 day project. The quality of the bathroom itself is SUBPAR at best - we contested a blatantly obvious crooked “window kit,” unsmooth caulking, loose faucet, and paint damage to the bathroom ceiling, just to name a few. We had to request that they paint the bathroom ceiling as they argued it’s “standard [for them] to leave it that way.” The entire project took OVER 7 BUSINESS DAYS across the span of now three months. We haven’t heard from anyone in the company for almost two months, as they have stopped responding to our requests for them to complete the project. They were entirely uncaring and INVALIDATING when discussing a resolution to all of their faults and have threatened DEMAND FOR PAYMENT even though the job is not complete. Simply a money hungry business with extremely poor customer service and extremely poor bathroom quality. Do yourself a favor, save your money and look elsewhere. ANYONE would be better.
