The installation and product was okay. Over priced. The salesman Alex said he wante 100% satisfaction. Ell the installation damaged ou floor which was only a few years old. The salesman Alex said it was not his problem and the installer Brian will not respond. Customer service will not respond. Which make me concerned about the promised warranty. So basically I spent a lot of money for a damaged floor and to be blown off and ignored by the company.

I would not recommend this company!!! We had a representative come out in 9/14/21 and we went through a bunch of things that we wanted done such as the floor the bathtub, knock the archway out, and lay trim around the floor window & door & install vanity/toilet that we paid for. Which really wasn’t much well when they knocked out the arch way they left a hole in the ceiling telling my husband he had to fix it, didn’t line the trim on the outside from the bathroom the the hallway up, said that their not doing trim around the door or window unless we pay them an extra 300.00 on top of the 20,000 that they wanted to do the project, the cocking wasn’t complete around the bathtub and a hole was cut in my vanity that didn’t need to be cut cuz the board could have just been moved down 2 notches! The job was not done in a timely manner we started this in September and the didn’t come out till march! They said only one day for the tub installation and another day for the floor because they were gonna have a team and they only sent one person so five days later we were finally able to use the bathroom. I had to call and ask for a copy of the contract because my husband didn’t get one and they refused to give me an itemized recipe saying they don’t do that….well they don’t want to give me one because they know their price gouging! I told my husband not to go through them and now I can say I told you so! I shouldn’t have to call the company to do their jobs especially when I’m paying 20,000 which would have been more than enough to do the whole bathroom with whatever variety I wanted! Please guys learn from are mistakes!

They used high pressure sales tactics and promised completion in 90 days. They did not get it done as promised and did not communicate with us. When we called they told us they were waiting for a permit. The salesman called a few days later and he told us they could not find a plumber. Installer used painters tape to make a straight caulk line and ended up peeling paint off the wall. They installed a soap holder in the corner and the material is so thin it flexes with minimal pressure. It was not a good experience and was overpriced for what we got.

Completely renovated our 1986 condo bathrooms, looks so modern now, showers was completely redesigned. Countertop is beautiful and new barn door there was a great idea. Highly recommend

BUT HE DID TELL US ABOUT A H.I.S.A GRANT FROM THE VA BUT THATS ABOUT IT. SO HE SAID EIGHT TO TWELVE WEEKS BEFORE THEY WOULD START ,I SAID I WOULD REMOVE THE TUB AND THE REST OF THE THINGS ,HE SAID OH IT WILL ONLY SAVE YOU FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. NO RETURN CALLS IN EIGHT WEEKS SO CALLED TO SEE WHEN SAID HADN'T ORDERED FLOORING ,SO ORDERED FLOORING DIDN.T HAVE GREAT SELECTION TO CHOOSE FROM SO THE VANITY CAME AND DIDN'T OPEN IT UNTIL THEY CAME FOR THE INSTALLATION,BROKEN SINK HAD TO REORDER VANITY. FROM THE 14TH TO THE 16TH INSTALLED THE SHOWER AND THE FLOOR THERE CREW DOES EXCELLENT WORK , MY WIFE DIDN'T LIKE THE FLOORING SO THEY SAID THEY WOULD INSTALL THE NEW FLOORING IF WE GOT IT. MY WIFE THOUGHT THERE WAS A SHOWER SEAT INCLUDED WITH THE PRICE AND THE BASE WAS SUPOSE TO BE 36 INCHES,BUT WASN'T IT WOULD OF BEEN NICE IF SOMEONE HAD CALLED AFTER A MONTH AND SAID DID ORDER YOUR FLOORING OR DID WE MISS SOMETHING. SHE GOT A FOLDING SEAT.WHEN OUR NEW VANITY CAME IN WE CALLED THEM,WE WILL BE OUT ON THE 23RD OCTOBER TO INSTALL NO SHOW THEY CALLED TO CANCEL THAT,SAID BE OUT THE 27TH NO SHOW CALLED CANCELED,CALLED THAT SOMEONE WILL STOP TO SEE WHATS LEFT ON 28TH AT 4P.M. NO SHOW CALLED AT 7P.M. LET HIM KNOW ABOUT THE FLOORING ,SUPPOSE TO COME OUT29TH OWNER CALLED SAID THAT DON'T DO FLOORING FREE GIVE ME QUOTE OF 1200.00 DOLLARS FOR INSTALL OF FLOOR ,I SAID I WILL THINK ABOUT IT,CALLED AROUND TO LUMBER LIQUIDATORS FOR A QUOTE 300 TO 600 DOLLARS BUT SIX TO SEVEN WEEKS ,CALLED KEN BACK SAID TO DO THE FLOOR SO NOW HE GIVE 100 DOLLARS OFF THE 1200 DOLLARS IT JUST 44 SQUARE FEET. SO THEY CAME AND FINISHED THE BATHROOM ON THE 30TH OF OCTOBER. SO CALLED THE COMPANY ON MONDAY FOR PAPERS FOR COMPLETE JOB THEY SAID THEY DON'T RELEASE THAT INFORMATION,TEXTED CRAIG FOR PAPERS FOR H.I.S.A GRANT FOR VA REFUSED TO GIVE IT UNTIL APPROVED BY VA BUT YOU NEED THE PAPER WORK FOR THE VA FOR APPROVAL THEY MAKE SURE THE VETERANS DON'T GET SCREWED. ANOTHER THING ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS THE ALL THE PRODUCTS THEY ORDER FOR YOUR JOB, IF THEY DON'T USE THEM ALL THEY GO IN TO THERE STOCK. MY LEFT OVER FLOORING WENT INTO THERE FREE STOCK ,SO THEY GOT 16 SQ,FT. FREE. SO WHAT FREE STOCK PRODUCTS DO THEY USE ON YOUR JOB DO YOU THNEXT CUSTOMER PAYS FOR. IF I HAD TO DO IT OVER I WOULDN'T CHOOSE THEM THERE KOHLER AND OTHER PRODUCTS JUST AS GOOD,THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS SEEING THE PRICES AND MATERIALS AND TIME. THIS COST 11672.00 DOLLARS AND POSSIBLE THE 6500.00 GRANT FROM THE VA. SO BEAWARE OF BATH PLANET AND KEN M RENOVATIONS

High pressure salesman and I caved. Very expensive. I decided to back out and now I haven't heard a word about cancelling my order. I feel like they want to ignore me so it goes past the 3 day cancellation time frame that is allowed.

Don’t waste your money on these acrylic cover up systems...will cost you more later ! These systems are designed to “ cover up “ dated bathrooms with acrylic walls, tub liner and lots of caulking. Looks nice at first but in our experience within a couple years we started dealing with caulking issues and then a crack in our tub liner. Lifetime warranty.....Right !!! Company offered to send us a new replacement tub liner with the shipping and installation expenses put on us. These systems are bandaid solutions. A good local handyman can renovate your washroom properly for roughly the same cost without dealing with issue like we’ve had with this Bath Planet system ( BNI Acrylics )

I was given an estimate of 8,000.00 for a walk in shower they told me it would be 10% interest charge for a 10 year loan. They said the payments would be 99.00 per month . On 8,000.00 the interest should be 800.00 at 73.00 per month. For 99.00 per month for 120 months it would be 11,880 total. I think they are padding the bill through the bank and pocketing the rest of the money I think this is very deceptive to pull on people and people should be aware of this shady business.

It took them a month to finish mine always showing up without all parts . Half the time they didn’t show up . Now 2 years later still having problems with silicone at base of shower pan never stays falls off . I’ve been calling the person who did the job but he never shows up . I’m done with this crap . We don’t even use the shower for fear of water damage

After our tub to shower conversion we had one small issue to resolve with the company….3 months ago. Despite weekly, then daily, phone calls and a few emails to try to resolve this issue, we have not heard back even once. Now we have another issue that we’d like to schedule someone to fix but we do not hold out ANY HOPE of getting anywhere with this company. If you’re considering Bath Planet for your remodel, the price will lure you in but the follow up will make you want to tear your hair out.

A little high pressure sales pitch, but the rep was personable. My 1 day conversion from tub to walk in is now at 3 weeks and counting with no shower. Design had to change, larger size was determined by the installer to "keep me from having to change flooring"; but it left me with an out of scale big box in my bathroom. Manager Demetri was rude and wanted to strong arm me into acceptance. Not a way to treat seniors.

Very unhappy at this time, left us with a new shower and flooring and without a toilet after a week now and no show on any workers today after long holiday weekend. Placed call to find out what is happening and was told would have to check and call me back. Well after over 4 hours and no return call it is apparent their business is not about customer service. First of all their salesman told us we would not be without a toilet for more than 3 days!

Very bad they offered complete rehab they don’t change the 2 by 4 no chance the old insulation the manager very bad actitud Mr Mathew horrible service they don’t put the glass door the sales person never answer his name Stan A. He Ofer total diferente servíce I have very horrible experiences.

was thinking about using bath planet got an estimate and chose to use the financing everything was ok until i heard the name wells fargo they sent me a form in the mail for 28.99 percent interest my credit score is exellent. when i called them they passed me around on the phone and i gave up

Be aware dont honor there contract after they get your deposit was told to get a refund i had 3 days to cancel I canceled the next day and was told that because I paid in a check I would have to wait ten days still waiting after almost 3 weeks still no refund so please be careful if you work with this company

I am having trouble with a "Chris" person here in Illinois. They are not fixing the scratches from the install and have doubled the quoted price. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau to help with the issue.

NO FOLLOW THROUGH! I spent $8,000 on a entire new shower! Parts of the door are rusty and the bottom where they put a piece of cheap rubber to protect water from leaking has mold! They replaced it to no avail!!!

Aggressive sales person. Way over priced. I blame myself for not doing my research. Paid $8600 for tub and surround and had to buy everything else. Do Not Recommend.
