I am complaining here because I was ordered by an ECMO not to complain to Wells Fargo. I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for 38 years with my account preference mailing address a P.O.BOX. and do not call me. The first 35 years went fine with satisfaction but 3 years ago the problems started to me and to most of Wells Fargo's customers as you can recognise from the complaints online, most of the complaints are 3 years old or less. My problem strat 3 years ago when Wells Fargo contracted their customer service to a 3rd party called the Enterprise Complaints Management who hired a 4th party independent contractors labeled ECMOs to deal with the complaints from the comfort of their homes without any supervision and not under the Wells Fargo's management. Since then, Wells Fargo start sending their mail to my resident and not to my P.O.BOX. mailing address and they start calling me to my home, work and cell phone constantly in violation of my privacy rights, my civil rights, my account preference, the laws and the regulations. I filed a complaint every time I received from Wells Fargo mail to my resident and phone calls. In each complaint I requested Wells Fargo to stop sending their mail to my resident and to stop calling me and to direct their mail to my mailing address. I agree with the rest that the ECMOs do not tell the truth, this is why I requested Wells Fargo to have all the communication with me in writing by mail or Email to document the misleading information provided by Wells Fargo. and this is why the ECMO prefers to contact the customers by phone so their lies will not be documented. In the last 3 years I filed to Wells Fargo more than 250 complaints (100 over the phone and 150 in writing) but all the 250 complaints were closed by the ECMOs without providing a solution to this issue. On Jan 18, 2024, I received a letter from the Enterprise Complaints Management signed by an ECMO by the name of JAMIE H. (if the name is true) Who ORDERED ME IN WRITING to stop complaining to Wells Fargo About this issue even if they did not provide a solution and this JAMIE H. in writing falsely blamed the US. Patriot Act for the inability of Wells Fargo to direct their mail to my mailing address and this ECMO JAMIE H. in writing falsely blamed the US. Patriot Act for the inability of Wells Fargo to stop sending their mail to my resident and This ECMO JAIMIE H. in writing falsely blamed the US. Patriot Act for the inability of Wells Fargo to stop Calling me. They put all the blame on the US Patriot Act and not on Wells Fargo. Also, this ECMO JAMIE H. acting like a dictator ORDERED me in writing to stop complaining to Wells Fargo and ordered me to go complain to the US. Government about this issue. The ECMO are getting paid to solve the issue of the customers and bring it to satisfaction but those ECMO are aggravating the issues by asking the customers to stop complaining because this silence would be to the satisfaction of the ECMO and not the customers. the customers are having an issue which will not disappear when they do not raise their voice and complain. The ECMO wants to MUTE the customers and bring them to silence about their issues so the REAL WELLS FARGO MANAGERS do not know about the unsolved complaints and will not know that the ECMO are not capable to investigate the customers issues and are not capable to provide solutions. Now it seems that Wells Fargo is paying for the ECMO to act as dictators not to solve the issues. The US. Department of Treasury contradicted the Statement of the ECMO about the US Patriot Act and about the Government responsibility for this issue. After the letter I received from the ECMO JAMIE H. I recommend that the Enterprise Complaint Management Office (ECMO) change their name to the Enterprise Complaint Dictator. ECMD. Remark: here are some of the descriptions of the ECMOs Duty as posted in the employment ad by the Enterprise Complaints management office. Read it and be the judge if the ECMO are doing their duty which they are getting paid to do or what they are doing is wrong. The Enterprise Complaints Management Office (ECMO) plays an integral role in having an enterprise view of our customer concerns, identifying risks in a timely manner, providing enhanced reporting capabilities at the line of business and This Office includes four main functions: Executive Complaint Operations, Data Analytics and Reporting, Operational Risk, and Complaints Shared Services. Together these teams focus on capturing, researching, and resolving customer dissatisfaction; executing deep root cause analysis; and proactively identifying continuous opportunities that are engineered to improve our customers’ experience and drive out dissatisfaction.

I've banked with Wells Fargo over 20 years. I really like that they have branches all over the US. I like to travel and I can usually find a branch wherever I go. I maintain their balance requirements to have free checking. I have enough money in my account to even get free checks. They don't pay very much interest on my savings so I don't recommend them for savings. I have a small savings account with them and several checking accounts. I like that they give college students free checking and savings accounts. My children have accounts linked to mine so it makes it easy to transfer money to them. Of course nowadays they've made it even easier with Zelle. I can transfer money to anyone with their phone or email.

I've been with Wells Fargo for a while now. Never had a problem. very well bank. i currently have a checking account, 2 savings account, a credit card, and a car loan through Wells Fargo. I was happy that my car loan was link to my current checking/savings account, and I didn't have to make a whole new account for this loan. Thanks, Wells. Will continue to bank with wells. Another thing i like about them, that you can customized your debit card with a favorite picture of anything you want. love that!

My parents have banked for Wellsfargo there whole lives and then when I finally needed my own account I went to Wellsfargo and they helped me get all set up! Then when I need to pull off from under one of my parents and just have my name on my account they were super easy to go about it and help me do it on my own. Whenever I need help with something or have questions setting up accounts they are so easy to work with! I love banking with them!

I know Wells Fargo has been in the middle of a scandal, but honestly they have always treated me so well. They always give my daughter suckers and for Christmas they gave her a cute little black horse with a Wells Fargo cape on it. Their banking services have always been easy. Mobile check deposits was life changing. Wiring money has always been easy, especially transferring to another Wells Fargo customer. I just have never had a complaint about their services.

I have been a customer at Wells Fargo for almost 5 years now and have had an incredible experience with them. They have been a great bank to work with and have been extremely helpful with everything I ask for. As a college student they have been helpful with saving me the most money possible and earning the most rewards possible. Every time I have met with a banker they are always very personable and helpful. I would suggest this bank to anyone.

I've had an account with Wells Fargo for about 8 years now and it has been excellent! The one feature I enjoy the most is the Card-Free Access. This allows me to withdraw money from the ATM without my card. This is helpful when I forget my debit card at home.

I used Wells Fargo when I was a student at the University of Florida, and it was super useful to have as a student because of all the access to ATM's around. I also traveled to Hawaii, where they did not have any affiliated ATM's, so they reimbursed be for all my ATM fees!

I have used Wells Fargo for years now and am content with their service. A few months ago, my father passed away and my family needed to transfer his accounts in order to make it more logistical. My mother and I showed up for the appointment and the teller immediately remembered our family situation and was very sensitive in assisting our needs. Their website and mobile app is easy to navigate.

I have been a member with Wells Fargo since 2008. I have not had any issues at all but worry when I hear of all the negative things going on. Thus far, the branches that I walk into are always ready to assist and very helpful. Anytime I have had to call customer service, there has been no issues. Overall satisfied, just a little leery of my protection as a customer.

I Love this company! I have been banking with Wellsfargo for over 7 years and never had issues. They even refunded me some fees a couple times. I never pay any fees on my accounts generally (happened on accident when I forgot to transfer money to my checking account before a check came through and they refunded it). Their Credit card has a pretty good reward program (1.5% or 1% back on most purchase that you can get cash to your account for or buy gift cards etc.) I love their app, super easy to use! Also love the new Zells program to transfer money to people with just their phone number!

Wells Fargo has been a good banking experience for the most part, but I have two suggestions: Bring back secure messaging through the app/website. Now they make you call their 800 number for anything you need to address. The secure messaging feature back when it was Wachovia was great! Please bring that back. Also, $35 for each time you overdraft is way too high! It's hard times right now. A little grace would be appreciated. Lower the fee please!

Their atms seem to go down often. They need to replace them but other than that a pretty good bank. I started with them in high school when it was owned by Wachovia then Wells Fargo bought them out and it's been owned by them ever since. No annual fee if you have direct deposits over a certain amount.

I've been a long time customer of Wells Fargo, but feel their service continues to slip. I recently needed assistance from my local branch, but they told me the branch manager was too busy to call me back that week. I understand they have higher priorities, but if one of my 20+ year customers needed some documentation I would atleast call them back. Disappointing because I've done a lot of business with Wells Fargo over the years.

Occasionally I have had to cash a check in a Wells Fargo bank. The branch has always been clean and the tellers have always been courteous. My wife and I used Wells Fargo for a home business account but moved on after they charged fees for everything single service they offered. They had decent service but they expected to be paid by you for using your money. Glad I left before they got into so much trouble with the Fed for opening up fraudulent bank accounts in customer's names in order to boost their quotas. Very dishonest!

Things I like - they keep my money safe. Their website is easy to use and I like the drive-thru. One thing I don't like - you get slammed with an overdraft fee if you run out of funds in your checking, even if you have plenty in your savings (this wasn't an issue at the credit union I was at before). I think they may have waived it when we called, but I can't remember for sure. We've had a few more issues like not coming home with the correct amount from a cashed check (my husband now checked every time), and a friend's check bouncing and we had to pay a fee for it, but I don't need to go more into it all I suppose, and we're still with them for now, but I don't think they're spectacular. I liked the credit union we were at before, but it's only in another state, so Wells Fargo it is.

My mother passed away in 2013 and my father in 2018. I stepped in to mother's roll as finance keeper when she passed and, of course, inherited the remainder of the finance situations after my father passed. I had to do business with several banks and credit unions and the worse above all was Wells Fargo. Their customer service was horrible from day one. I begged my father to move his money but being over 90 years old, he was comfortable with everything mother set up so there were no changes made. For 3 years now I've been trying to get Wells Fargo to STOP taking federal taxes out of my father's IRA which I allowed to continue to be deposited in a savings account on a monthly basis just as it always has been. What part of "I'm disabled" do you think the powers that be at Wells Fargo don't understand. I can't drive, can't walk without a walker, certainly can't stand (even with the walker) for any length of time, have no energy and can't walk very far even with the walker. You should see me trying to get in and out of a vehicle. I even had to buy a new one when my health started failing because I couldn't easily (if at all) get in and out of any of the three we already had. Yes, Wells Fargo knows all of that but they continue to tell me I have to come to the bank to sign the paperwork and get done what needs to be done. I bet the IRS isn't happy I continue to file for my father every year in order to get the money back. I have visited 5 bank locations (all Wells Fargo) before my health got so bad and gave EVERY one of them a copy of my mother and my father's death certificate. Guess what, every time I call they tell me they are not on file and I'll have to give them an original, not a copy. The State doesn't issue those for free either. I've never personally done business with Wells Fargo and as soon as I can figure out what to do to get my father's money out of there, I won't look back. Trust me.
