In most areas, they are very good. However, I maintain 2 rather large accounts. When I make a 5 figure deposit and then wish to cash a $20 birthday gift check, they demand a photo ID. I cashed a 4 figure amount yesterday at another of my banks and it was cashed without requiring and ID.

I don't feel connected to this bank any longer. Staff changes ore so constant.
