Craig Carnahan Riverside, CA

I often read about soul-less banks, but thought these were myths, NOPE, this bank has very poor customer service in terms of loan payments and PPE Resolution, will NEVER ever use again in any form or fashion, Chasing the bottom line at the expense of hiding behind various SBA rules, brings back all the old war stories, the SBA achieved great success, in assisting small businesses thru Covid-19, NOT this collective group of "bankers".
