never had a claim. never in my life (i'm 77). never had an accident. never had a stationary or moving violation in my life- except one: that one was an error but i couldnt defend myself and i was "convicted" of reckless driving (which ii never, ever, did.) Hartfors raised my premium by over $1,000 even though they never laid out money for anything. I switched to GEICO

poor service. Abuse of customer. Failure to coordinate ckaim issues with customer. Allowed customer to be ripped off due to failure to coordinate with customer. Raised annual premium to recover 3 times the claim loss which was already a fraud.

first year they were the same price as Allstate (which i had for more than 20 yrs) 2nd year the price went up $400. No tickets, no accidents, no claims, excellent credit rating. They suck in seniors and then drop the bomb, shameful.
